This Bengali beef curry recipe is easy to make .You will need handful of ingredients for this special beef dish . I added beef liver with beef for earthy flavor .it changed the whole flavor of the curry which is super delicious.
Must try recipe .
Ingredients :
Mustered oil --4-5 tablespoon
Sliced onions--5-6 small onions
Ginger paste -2 tablespoon
Garlic paste-2 tablespoon
Red chili powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1 /2tablespoon
Coriander powder -1/2tablespoon
Toasted cumin powder--1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Bayleaf-2-3
Cardamom-5-6
Whole black pepper-10-12
Cloves-4-5
Cinnmon-2 stick
Beef cut into chunks -1 kg
Liver cut into chunks -1/2kg
Potatoes --4-5 pieces
Fresh coriander for garnish.
