"Commandeer" instead of "grab," "ascending" instead of "moved" (wrongly followed by forward)
"circumvent" instead of "miss," and explaining to JJ, a judge in California, that phones are a no-no. All ploys to try to build credibility for her lies.

I believe him about the cause of the argument (the whole pregnancy thing) but the actual car slowly moving story doesn't make sense - he would have to step along with the car whilst looking at her to brake and he didn't mention that.
That's when I believe her version - that he either grabbed her hand that was on the wheel whilst she decided to move forward or something similar.
I think both of them are full of crap.

She may have been playing games regarding the pregnancy, but I'd have done exactly what she did if some crazy girlfriend of mine tried to snatch my cell phone.
The defendant wants us to believe he was just trying to have a calm, rational discussion the plaintiff, which I believe as much as I believe an upcoming Winter Olympics will be hosted in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. I do believe he was behaving badly. He admitted to trying to snatch her cell phone.

Just a question...Did she keep the baby? She has one of those bodies that could be plump or could be pregnant. I just saw the side view of her belly and was wondering. Since she supposedly took the pill and then didn't take the pill. It may go to show who is telling the truth because there is no way he made up the story of the pill in the first place. He wouldn't have thought of that type of thing as a reason for their argument.
You do realise that HES the one that said she took the pill then didn’t? She said she didn’t take it because she wasn’t sure about it. He was wanting to check she took the pill, clearly, because he didn’t want the child. It wasn’t because he wanted proof of pregnancy and if you believe that then you’re slow 😂 there’s no way he made up that story in the first place about the pill? She never took it at that point. He was pressuring her to do so in order to start the a*ortion. He wanted to confirm she started it.

He never should have grabbed the phone. You don't reach into someone else's car and grab anything. That is an aggressive act. Neither of them should have been driving if they were upset.

Im at 1.25minute. Based on this story - and the guy looks like a "fool" i totally agree with him. You have a lot of narcisists in the world. To manipulat someone with a baby story that problably was a lie its too bad. I also was a victim of a person who faked a câncer and hospital documents. I just found out 1 year later and all that time that narcisist took advantage of me and made me crazy. I totally can feel this guy pains and Its easy to see that he stills very confused without answears. Thats funny because on my case the narcisist person also went to court with a stupid story against me and when Saw the things would get very complicated just Gave up and paid court costs. I Could fight back but i decided Thats not the kind of thing I want in my life. To get manipulated by a narcisist is something horrible. I hope everybody pays attention to dont make the same mistake I did and problably the guy in the video did too. Now i Will go back to the video 🤭

She is driving or she is on the phone or which one? She said the phone was in her hand and she was texting then he shows up, reached in and tried to take the phone while she was driving.
He was wrong for what he did, but his story makes more sense

Not sure. These days I would say its because UA-cam suppresses/demonetizes videos that use certain words (like the word for the pandemic virus). But most of these are older cases which happened before the pandemic.

I think they were both in the wrong. He shouldn't have reached into her car to grab her phone, and she shouldn't have tried to speed drive away, losing control of the car. Also, she mentioned she was stopped so that she could send texts, but she kept her car in drive with her foot on the break instead of putting the car in park.... Both made very dumb moves
The only reason she sped to get away was because he reached into her car, though. If I was surprised by a guy who ran up to my car and tried to reach inside, you best believe I'm going to get away as fast as I can.
