Ingredients -
For Prepare the Masala Paste
1 tbsp Dry Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 inches Fresh Peeled Ginger
3 Dry Red Chilli
As per taste Salt
½ tsp Fennel Seeds/Saunf
For Prepare the Green Paste
1 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves
As required Water
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
¼ Cup Water
2 tbsp Mustard Oil/Refined Oil
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
2 Dry Red Chilli
5 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes
1½ Cup Water
As per taste Salt
1 tsp Kasuri Methi/Dry Fenugreek Leaves
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Serve it with Puri & Aamras
