Join us for an informal developer-oriented discussion of what's been going on in the world of Android.
How about AmLogic, Freescale, Marvell, NEC/Renesas, Qualcomm, Rockchip, ST-Ericsson, Samsung, Telechips, Texas Instruments, VIA, do they all get access to implement Honeycomb on their ARM chips now or do they all have to wait until 2012 to be able to sell officially supported Android powered tablets?
13:12 "If the robot knows, that's fine." LOL!
I've been an android user for two years now and am currently using the Nexus S. Lately I've started to feel like android is a big mess, the UI is so laggy on the nexus it is difficult to believe they let the product out in that state - the browser especially. Core android is improving on developer features, but vanilla android is actually quite bare. I think these manufacturer skins are for the time being quite necessary. Hopefully ICS will address these issues...
@44thfloorCollective I don't think just because there are google cloud music, all people will stop using the internal memory.
Google : have you solved the horrible audio latency issues in gingerbread? Pls reply ASAP
how did Chandler get there @ 02:22
@wbrosen Hey, when you allow development in many different areas, a mess a sure to develop. iOS is squeaky clean because Apple holds the keys to the gate.
I FREAKIN LOVE U PEOPLE
That robot idea sounds horrible..
This is sad, very very sad, Android is a mess.
I love Android but this looks REALLY embarrassing!
Why does it sounds like Dianne is a Guy?
why does it matter?
Damn I thought that 'Dianne Hackborn' female developer was a transvestite
