Story 1: I think you’ve done this one your first year of reading I’d have to go through and try to find it. Still a great one Story 2: chills, goosebumps, tear in my eye bravo your voice acting always great
Can confirm it has been read previously but i feel like others have too, I like to think of it as he is remastering the content, or maybe it had to be deleted due to youtube nonsense, nope not deleted here is a link tho ua-cam.com/video/1-rol-OC_VI/v-deo.html neat trick is to put the HFY reddit link into the YT search and it comes right up
People of Soctonia ! The long war with the nanite swarms are over, the destruction of alter-1 was the final blow to these infernal machines. We liberated countless planets from their tyranny and we recovered all those lost socks. And so we will turn to exploration of the galaxy we call home. With this I am glad to announce the formation of the Socktonian imperium ! All hail the Socktonian imperium all hail those heroes that came before !
About the ending of the first story; Don't worry, even if you cross us we'll be just and honorable, perhaps even limiting the unpleasantries to rivalry-like tech races or lessened trade. Crossing us isn't what lights that fire; _Slaughtering_ and _invading_ us is what lights that initial flame.
12:02 Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Borg... The Ents go marching one by one, hurrah, hurrah... Praise the Lord, and pass the dakka dakka... King George commands and we obey, over the stars and far away...
I realize that while reading you can get ahead of yourself and misspeak, but I've noticed that you sometimes omit entire phrases that completely change the context or add words that aren't there. For example, in the second story at 8:30 you said 'experimented on' when in the text just read 'exterminated'. I would just suggest maybe slowing down just a bit to process what you read before orating.
The second one seems to be based on the speech Alexander the Great gave that stopped his army from rebelling against him by reminding them all he had done for them.
Could be the speech inspired the author. The captain seemed a student of galactic history and a big fan of humanity. I'd like to think he looked into ancient human history, read that speech at some point and adopted it for this moment in the story. At least that's what I'd say if I was the author and asked.
So in that time humans actually created Depleted uranium ammunition or some kind like that maybe it’s common to have depleted uranium in that time maybe that is powerful and cancerous I know that comes in like only tanks right now but put it into actual rifles and stuff like what
Hey now.. your a rock star... but ah seriuoly Hey now... i think humanity would have sone sort of contingency place in place fir almost anything.. i think gray goo would be one of our most feared threats up there with rouge AI.. and not to have a 0lsn in place for either of those?? Sad sad humans..
How would we work out alien relationships. By earth standards of a year I'm 27 but by mercury standards I'm 111. By the same standards someone from mercury would be 18 but on earth they'd be 4.
Story 1: You gave us kindness, let us show you our fury.
Story 2: It really was the friends we made along the way.
Humans are warriors that dream of peace, wrath that dreams of justice, and destroyers that dream of creation.
And in doing so, create a hellscape for themselves with nothing left but to call for aide from an empty hope that someone somewhere will care.
@oppai-sama Wraths are ghost fueled by vengeance in fantasy settings
That word is WRAITH, wrath is anger that is made manifest through violence
Humans are an enigma wrapped in a mystery peppered with enough hate to remind people that "don't poke it"
Humans also want to copulate with aliens.
But they always do poke the Humans, don't they ?
Yes, and one becomes an example
Unless it wants to be poked.
Again, humans are strange…
0:16 0: 0:17
Humans have two great abilities. The ability for friendship and an ability for vengeance. Seek the former and avoid the latter.
Another pair of emotionally moving stories! Ooh-rah!!

@@bountyhuntermaster2896 thanks you kick ass thanks for the tip.
the second story reminds me of Alexander's the great speech at the opis mutiny
and you are absolutely right about it
It literally is
yep indeed
Damn AS, you are in fine form. One hell of a performance! Thank you.
I love the reference at the end to Alexander the Great, giving his speech to his Roman troops who wanted to return home with the wounded.
I noticed the same thing
the second stories speech is Alexander the Great Opus Mutiny
Calexander quoting Alexander the Great is underrated

I could definitely see that Alexander’s speech to his men inspired the second story

Story 1: Humans are Vengeance. But also Grateful.
Story 2: Thanks for being grateful to us in turn.
2nd Story: Ah yes Alexander the Great if he was in space
two enjoyable stories and narration
thanks

I think that was a deliberate edit to avoid demonetisation.
@@lonewoof79 That is possible, yt sensitivity can be questionable.

For the Algorithm and the story
Someone out there understands that they are better off with humanity than without it.
Thanks Agro. Great stories.
Mercicans? Now that's a horrifying thought, what must have happened to bring us together like that XD
what do you mean
@@ianhogben3472 It sounds like a complete mash up of Mexico, Canada, and America
Lol a retake on Alexander the Great speech. One of the best speeches ever made in mankind
Thank you for the video.
Humans would probably focus on rebuilding earth for the next thousand years with the first story

Humans are a contradiction. There is not a single trait you can attribute to them that they do not display the opposite in equal measure.
First like
I mean you did like it before it even premiered so...., that being said everything Agro narrates is good so it most likely deserves a like.
