Arguably one of the best Railfan videos i have ever seen. Giving you a 9+. Would have gave you a 10+ if you could have to an overhead shot when it went thru my hometown of Sedalia. ... i wasn't one of the two fools that gave you a thumbs down.

I had planned Sedalia as one of my locations but once I turned toward downtown and saw how packed it was I knew would never get out of there in time to get the shot in Warrensburg...so I compromised..Dresden. I grossly underestimated the number of people who would come see the Big Boy but it was great to see everyone out and about and interested in a fine piece of history!
Why thank you, much appreciated! I was surprised by the crowds everywhere I went that day and I certainly wasn't expecting that crowd in Kingsville or the traffic jam from there into P Hill!
Funny at Kingsville the K-12 school let out & walked down the 2-3 blocks on hwy 58 there thru town so they could see BB too! We skipped PH, LS, Independence & chose a couple of other places to catch again.
Now that was a show! 🍿 Great production 11/10! FTD and I were in Otterville, Dresden, and Pleasant Hill also, but I should have known we wouldnt see the 🥷. Hope to see you trackside one day 👊
Dude, are you kidding me!!! If you and FTD were in Otterville and Dresden then you've both got to be in that video somewhere! You didn't tell a dude in a red car to back up because he was blocking your shot did you? Thanks for the props 👊, much much appreciated!
@@edfoulks8047 Lol, Well to be fair we were just outside Dresden and Otterville, but we did pass through there a couple of times. Saw they had the whole Otterville elementary out watching the BigBoy!
@@independencerailfanning1073 yep, that’s where I was set up, right in front of the Otterville Eagles student section - the faculty kept the students entertained with Eagle pride chants while waiting for the Big Boy
guess the university administration has been confused since 1919 when they changed the school name to Central Missouri State Teachers College all them years ago? so does that make St Joseph & Kansas City West Western Missouri?😆😉
