Oak Canyon Nature Preserve in Anaheim - Nature Walk with Kids

OVERVIEW:
Oak Canyon Nature Center is a nature preserve in Anaheim. It has a stream, trees, plants, and wildlife. There are multiple trails to explore, many of them are flat and very easy. The canyon floor is cool and shaded, and very easy to walk, while there are some slightly more challenging paths that go up to the canyon ridge.
One unique feature are some very small caves, carved by the wind into rock along one of the ridge trails.

Open daily from sunrise to sunset.

There is a free small parking lot.
