What a difference a month makes. I still believe the Jews that currently occupy the land are not just fake because they follow talmud but they are not the ethnic Jews from Judah. Thanks for posting this short video. It is important for followers of Jesus to be aware of what has happened in times past as well as present. 70 AD fulfilled so much of what Jesus spoke about. He was faithful to lead His remnant out as they followed His voice obeying what He commanded. The same is true for the believers in Jesus today.

If Christians REALLY studied the OT, understood the difference between didactic and apocalyptic language, the Olivet Discourse and the book of Revelation are clearly speaking of the end of the OT Age with the most awful event in history, the Roman seize of Israel in 70ad. Critics have successfully called Christ a liar because after He explained all of the things that would happen, He ends it with “truly truly I say unto you THIS GENERATION (40 years) shall not pass away until ALL THESE THINGS COME TO PASS”. I disagree with Christ coming again. The Bible only talks about a second coming, not a third. Jesus even said His Kingdom is not of this world. We will all be with Jesus after we die so there is nothing to fear

Thanks for sharing your research. We know Messiah told his followers that Jerusalem would be destroyed and that history shows many fled to safety to places like Pella. But it is fascinating to hear, from even secular sources, of these miraculous events giving them further reasons to flee on time. Our Lord is so merciful and patient with those who fear him.
I am pleased that you found the writings of Josephus, as well as Tacitus. I am not sure if you are aware of it yet. But the angels and chariots seen in the heavens by both the Jews and the Romans was Christs return for judgement in about 66AD during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The loud voice that said, "let us leave hence" was the Saints being resurrected just as St. Paul told them would happen. The glowing light above the Temple prior to its destruction was Christ pleading with the Jews to repent. It also served as a witness to the Romans. The comet shaped sword fulfilled the signs which Christ gave to the Apostles as recorded in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. And finally, the Heifer giving birth to a Lamb was in reference to Christ. These signs and events were a last plea to the Jews to repent of their adulterous lives against God, which also served as a witness against those who pierced Him. "BEHOOLD! He comes as the clouds and all will see Him; even those who pierced Him..." Revelation 1. Finally, these events proved the Olivet Discourse was fulfilled, which ties directly with Revelation. Although with regards to Revelation, I believe we may be in the post millennial period and Satans last deceptive attempt of the entire world via Zionist agenda. The reason my most Christians in America do not know about these events is because most Protestant Churches have been fooled into accepting the Zionist Dispensational doctrine created by Darby and Scofield. They do not want Christians knowing the truth and instead want everyone to believe that modern day secular Israel is God's coming kingdom, and not His promised Church which was completed by 70AD. The false Jews were judged in 70AD, and the faithful remnant, along with the ingrafted gentiles, were both built up into the rebuilt House of God; hence the new Bride of Christ. We are their spiritual offspring, so to speak, and we abide in the heavenly Jerusalem known today as Christianity. The 12 foundations of the New Jerusalem represent the remnant of ancient Israel of the flesh. Each foundation describes the purity they became through suffering. But unlike most partial Preterist, I do not believe in a future ending or resurrection as they do. Christianity ended when Christ returned. We are not supposed to be Christians today. Christ already handed the kingdom back to God. We are in God, but we are not in Christ, because everyone in Christ were raised up at the last day, which happened in 70AD.
No thats wrong. You apparently havent read the writings of the Christians from just after 70AD who spoke with Christ and the Apostles who knew that Christianity lasts forever with Christ's reign. It was valid for them. Its valid for me. You should read more of the early Christians and church fathers.

They would close the gates of the Temple by night and get up in the morning and find them wide open" If you dig a little deeper into this you'll find discussion on a High Priest named Simeon, who was said to be very righteous, who held the position 40 years, and every year the crimson strap turned white, 40 years in a row. The way it's written makes it sound like these 40 years immediately preceded the last 40 years. Also about this high priest(I think it's the same one, i don't remember), he said that every year when he went into the Holy of Holies, a man was in there, and would walk up to the alter with him, and back to the door, but in the last year, the man walked to the alter and stayed there, so this high priest told his fellows that he was about to die, and he died that year. It's interesting stuff. It sounds like there was some kind of supernatural sign that went on with the day of atonement in the temple each year. You'd have to do a little research. I don't remember all of it.
This is awesome information. I have not heard of the crimson strap. I need to read the Talmud(s) on these subjects, for sure! The signs preceding 70 AD were so numerous, God gave them every indication He could, including His Son.

Reading about the man in the black robe being in the holy of holies each year when the high priest entered is a bit foreboding. So the "western light" was either the Menorah, a single lamp on the Menorah, or another lamp that was to always remain lit, and is described as having a supernatural quality of preserving the oil; that they never had to worry about this lamp going out, but in the 40 years before 70ad, the oil is alleged to have burned up daily? This would have been seen as a horrific bad omen by the priests. I think it's amazing at how perfectly this period of history worked out. The world Jesus came into was a time of unprecedented peace on a universal scale. roads were everywhere. The entire Mediterranean and Pontus seas were controlled by the Romans, sea lanes were established, etc. By 1AD, Augustus had largely rid the sea of pirates and pirate nation states. People could travel more freely than ever before. And the 40 years gave time for Israelites to come to Christ, and the church at Jerusalem to act as a foundation and authority for the infant congregations being established everywhere else. It's a transition period, where the old covenant is still being carried out while the new covenant has already begun. I would love to know how the Jews reflected on these stories about the signs in the temple in the period after it was destroyed, and if any of them drew connections to Jesus or not. They seem to have been in full agreement about the dating of the crucifixion, and I have to assume that they would have been fully aware of the many references by Jesus and the apostles to the coming destruction of Israel.

Good video so far, couple things, Josephus was Jewish, he was highly educated Pharisee that became a General against the Romans, remember the seize took years and years, at first the Romans went through town after town, it was in one of these towns that they battled Josephus army, 40,000 men were slaughtered and they found Josephus hiding, but spared his life as he fought valiantly, from that point Josephus turned into a historian for the Romans sort as a way for the Romans to say “See this is our enemies account”, Josephus of course continued for the rest of his life. Back to the earthquake, you might want to restudy this all, again it happened over a long time period, so if you were in Jerusalem in 62ad, you hear of wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes etc you remember what Christ said and LEAVE, which again the Christians did.

In hebrew, the correct term is "yehudi", and the name for the region was "Yehuda". Jew isn't some new word, just an english version of a word that existed even back in that time.
How can we verify and authenticate the writings of Josephus ad Tacitus? How do we know these writings are authentic. Why do you think the Vatican has thousands of documents and books that the average person does not have access to. Why to we ASSUME that these writings are true? I'm starting to question the foundations of some of our modern and ancient history.
Well, there is actually more historians that wrote about the time period, other than Josephus and Tacitus. Seutonius, Cassius Dio, Philostratus, Sulpitius Severus, Josippon. So the idea that the Catholic Church (which didnt exist until Constantine's time) somehow controlled that is a bit far-fetched. Too much interlocking testimony. BTW, the Vatican archives - from what I have heard from people who have been IN it - has writings from all time periods since Christ. It is not specific to Christ's time. And people have found interesting things there, but nothing to suggest a grand conspiracy by the church to hide early documents from Christ's time. We literally have manuscripts from the 2nd century (less than 100 years after Christ) that match our New Testament text verbatim. So the possibility that corruption of the texts has "slipped by unnoticed" or been hidden is really out of the question. We all are questioning things about our history, but the evidence does rule out some conspiracies. However, the Satanists are working hard to try to convince people that ALL the writings were spurious. The idea is really preposterous.

Revelation 17 tells when it was written. "Five have fallen," Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius; "one is," Nero. Nero is the one, probably from as early as 64 to 68.
It is interesting. But sadly not enough evidence to conclude Chirst return of any kind. In that case God would have tracked it in a better recorded manner, just like the scriptures are, rather than a vague roman historian.

If Christians REALLY studied the OT, understood the difference between didactic and apocalyptic language, the Olivet Discourse and the book of Revelation are clearly speaking of the end of the OT Age with the most awful event in history, the Roman seize of Israel in 70ad.

Thanks for sharing your research. We know Messiah told his followers that Jerusalem would be destroyed and that history shows many fled to safety to places like Pella. I am pleased that you found the writings of Josephus, as well as Tacitus. I am not sure if you are aware of it yet. But the angels and chariots seen in the heavens by both the Jews and the Romans was Christs return for judgement in about 66AD during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The loud voice that said, "let us leave hence" was the Saints being resurrected just as St. Paul told them would happen. The glowing light above the Temple prior to its destruction was Christ pleading with the Jews to repent. It also served as a witness to the Romans. The comet shaped sword fulfilled the signs which Christ gave to the Apostles as recorded in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. And finally, the Heifer giving birth to a Lamb was in reference to Christ. These signs and events were a last plea to the Jews to repent of their adulterous lives against God, which also served as a witness against those who pierced Him. "BEHOOLD! He comes as the clouds and all will see Him; even those who pierced Him..." Revelation 1. Finally, these events proved the Olivet Discourse was fulfilled, which ties directly with Revelation. Although with regards to Revelation, I believe we may be in the post millennial period and Satans last deceptive attempt of the entire world via Zionist agenda.
The reason my most Christians in America do not know about these events is because most Protestant Churches have been fooled into accepting the Zionist Dispensational doctrine created by Darby and Scofield. They do not want Christians knowing the truth and instead want everyone to believe that modern day secular Israel is God's coming kingdom, and not His promised Church which was completed by 70AD.
The false Jews were judged in 70AD, and the faithful remnant, along with the ingrafted gentiles, were both built up into the rebuilt House of God; hence the new Bride of Christ. We are their spiritual offspring, so to speak, and we abide in the heavenly Jerusalem known today as Christianity. The 12 foundations of the New Jerusalem represent the remnant of ancient Israel of the flesh. Each foundation describes the purity they became through suffering. Christianity ended when Christ returned. We are not supposed to be Christians today. Christ already handed the kingdom back to God. We are in God, but we are not in Christ, because everyone in Christ were raised up at the last day, which happened in 70AD.
No thats wrong. You apparently havent read the writings of the Christians from just after 70AD who spoke with Christ and the Apostles who knew that Christianity lasts forever with Christ's reign. It was valid for them. Its valid for me. You should read more of the early Christians and church fathers.

If you dig a little deeper into this you'll find discussion on a High Priest named Simeon, who was said to be very righteous, who held the position 40 years, and every year the crimson strap turned white, 40 years in a row. The way it's written makes it sound like these 40 years immediately preceded the last 40 years. Also about this high priest(I think it's the same one, i don't remember), he said that every year when he went into the Holy of Holies, a man was in there, and would walk up to the alter with him, and back to the door, but in the last year, the man walked to the alter and stayed there, so this high priest told his fellows that he was about to die, and he died that year.
It's interesting stuff. It sounds like there was some kind of supernatural sign that went on with the day of atonement in the temple each year. You'd have to do a little research. I don't remember all of it.
This is awesome information. I have not heard of the crimson strap. I need to read the Talmud(s) on these subjects, for sure! The signs preceding 70 AD were so numerous, God gave them every indication He could, including His Son.
@@BibleScribe Yeah, it's kind of exciting to read about, and quite ominous. Reading about the man in the black robe being in the holy of holies each year when the high priest entered is a bit foreboding.
So the "western light" was either the Menorah, a single lamp on the Menorah, or another lamp that was to always remain lit, and is described as having a supernatural quality of preserving the oil; that they never had to worry about this lamp going out, but in the 40 years before 70ad, the oil is alleged to have burned up daily? This would have been seen as a horrific bad omen by the priests.
I think it's amazing at how perfectly this period of history worked out. The world Jesus came into was a time of unprecedented peace on a universal scale. roads were everywhere. The entire Mediterranean and Pontus seas were controlled by the Romans, sea lanes were established, etc.
By 1AD, Augustus had largely rid the sea of pirates and pirate nation states. People could travel more freely than ever before.
And the 40 years gave time for Israelites to come to Christ, and the church at Jerusalem to act as a foundation and authority for the infant congregations being established everywhere else. It's a transition period, where the old covenant is still being carried out while the new covenant has already begun.
I would love to know how the Jews reflected on these stories about the signs in the temple in the period after it was destroyed, and if any of them drew connections to Jesus or not. They seem to have been in full agreement about the dating of the crucifixion, and I have to assume that they would have been fully aware of the many references by Jesus and the apostles to the coming destruction of Israel.

Back to the earthquake, you might want to restudy this all, again it happened over a long time period, so if you were in Jerusalem in 62ad, you hear of wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes etc you remember what Christ said and LEAVE, which again the Christians did.

How can we verify and authenticate the writings of Josephus ad Tacitus? How do we know these writings are authentic. Why do you think the Vatican has thousands of documents and books that the average person does not have access to. Why to we ASSUME that these writings are true? I'm starting to question the foundations of some of our modern and ancient history.
Well, there is actually more historians that wrote about the time period, other than Josephus and Tacitus. Seutonius, Cassius Dio, Philostratus, Sulpitius Severus, Josippon. So the idea that the Catholic Church (which didnt exist until Constantine's time) somehow controlled that is a bit far-fetched. Too much interlocking testimony.
BTW, the Vatican archives - from what I have heard from people who have been IN it - has writings from all time periods since Christ. It is not specific to Christ's time. And people have found interesting things there, but nothing to suggest a grand conspiracy by the church to hide early documents from Christ's time.
We literally have manuscripts from the 2nd century (less than 100 years after Christ) that match our New Testament text verbatim. So the possibility that corruption of the texts has "slipped by unnoticed" or been hidden is really out of the question.
We all are questioning things about our history, but the evidence does rule out some conspiracies. However, the Satanists are working hard to try to convince people that ALL the writings were spurious. The idea is really preposterous.

Of course Josephus was a Jewish historian rather than Roman. He was very sympathetic to Christians. Scholars believe he may have embellished his accounts to favor Christian prophecy . Tacitus has always been the standard for historical events in those days. If you can show parallels between the two as you have here , Josephus' history becomes more believable.
