what amazing news. the mountains of Gunma are fantastic, I lived there for about seven years! thanks for sharing your enchanting shamisen music again with us, it inspires me to play my sanshin again.
I LOVE YOU GIRLS SO MUCH ❤ , I ALWAYS LOVE YOUR MUSIC , BEAUTIFUL KIMONO 'S , I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO SEE NEXT VIDEO, FOR A LONG TIME , PLEASE KEEP MAKING MORE VIDEOS , BOTH OF YOU ARE SO SO CUTE, BEAUTIFUL AND GORGEOUS. ❤ AND SUPPORT FROM EL CAJON CALIFORNIA U.S.A
Of course 輝と輝 are amazing players but what people don't talk about enough is what incredible composers they are! This is such a beautiful piece of music that incorporates traditionally shamisen techniques with modern musical elements like syncopation.
I don't even know where to start my words here because the composition of this piece is beyond articulation.. The way you two work that slapping rhythm into the dueling strings like a drum beat behind your strumming is astounding. My senses are overjoyed to have found your music 😍
I believe that it's not only we but also yourself as well as the camera man who enjoy this nice playing amid the fantastic place with great echos. Since actually I jumped into this clip from the camera man's channel, I'm happy to finally see the finished music clip, knowing of the behind scenes : ) It's a nice combination of the shamisen playing, kimono, location and the sound.
@@aneeshprasobhan during funerals, the dead wears the kimono front with the right side on top of the left side (the opposite of how the two girls are wearing it now), therefore it symbolises dead people. It's a huge no no if someone wears it like that mistakenly
Ah, this was so cool. I can only imagine how neat this would have been to just hear up and down the tunnels. What a unique and awesome setting for the performance, I loved it.
I love the contrasting colors between their kimonos and the tunnel! Also, the echo adds so much to this piece. Such a great work of art! Amazing job! So beautiful
This is wonderful. These ladies shred hard. I always appreciate how skilled Shamisen players can be; I love showing videos like this to people unfamiliar with the instrument what they can do with just 3 strings. The tunnel acoustics are an amazing compliment. Also, those kimonos are gorgeous.
WOW!!!(OR....SUGOI!!!) everything about this video was amazing! the location, the kimonos, the sound, the colors, and the lighting...everything! Great spot!! The contrast in colors between the kimonos and the walls in the tunnels was great. the sound was so good you could just line up chairs along the walls and hang out there all day listening to them! I hope you got a bunch of still shots while you were in the also....beautiful!
I really enjoyed this song! I’m not a huge shamisen music lover, but this song really is something I could listen to often. Love it! I think it is that base tune through the song... But the video is stunningly beautiful. The green tunnel with those intense color kimonos really stood out. Really enjoyed this one! Thank you!
The sound of the louder tapping and how it echoes reminds me of two people either dancing or fighting, the sounds of their feet hitting the ground like wooden shoes on concreate. Just amazing music, keep it coming please!
I am speechless. I love complex music like Bach or Thrash Metal. What I see and hear here is incredibly virtuosic. The synchronicity is breathtaking. Thank you for the music! I can imagine that a jam session with a good metal band would be epic.
*Activate Zen Mode* ~~~ that was so enjoyable~ watching this after watching your video on Tokyo Lens really helps me appreciate the amount of work that has gone into this. Thanks so much and please keep making these great videos ^^
You guys are really wonderful to watch and listen to, I show all my friends your videos. The music seems to entrance me and my friends to a respectful silence until it ends. Looking forward for more. Thank you.

God, the moment from 01: 03 is just incredible, it feels like the instrument was literally singing. There are no words, I bow to Japan and their talent.
The look, sound and vibe of this whole video was just amazing. What a unique setting, offsetting our vibrant musicians! Yay Kiki! Wonderful production, Tokyo Lens!

Awesome Norm, great playing KiKi.
Drunk sarariman walking home... "Is this the tunnel to Edo Period Japan?"
I somehow expect that the Warau Salesman pops up any time...
Lmao
Hehe!
Perhaps drunken Sariaman shouldn't stumble into tunnels with shamisen players?
yes 😂 🤣
Of course 輝と輝 are amazing players but what people don't talk about enough is what incredible composers they are! This is such a beautiful piece of music that incorporates traditionally shamisen techniques with modern musical elements like syncopation.
I was thinking about how beautiful the syncopation and composition for each player was too
The slight echo adds a lot, great acoustics.
That's the point

Hmm
Yup, the acoustics are dope!
I’m going through a rough time right now in my life. Somehow this song is giving me strength. Thank you for a wonderful song!

Lol imagine if someone walked into the tunnel and see that
haha
I'd definitely look twice to make sure the kimono weren't worn with the wrong side in front-- gotta make sure it's not a tunnel to the underworld 🤣

@@hexwolfi could you explain please ?
