The IC title could still be this important if the brand split rosters were hard locked and there were no free agents appearing on both shows and if its the only other singles title on the show. That was the issue during the attitude era. There was too many singles belts and not enough tv time to feature them all. In this video its just one world title, IC, and tag so IC is obviously going to be more important and feel more prestigious than it did later on plus these guys are bigger stars which adds even more importance.
It's a shame we never got one of these between Dan Spivey's *Waylon Mercy* character inspired by Robert DeNiro's Max Cady and *Razor Ramon* going full Tony Montana!
