He also is using a very Minimal amount of processing because he’s recording through a Sony C800 most likely going through an 1176 comp etc. You can use other saturation plugins to play with those warm harmonics that aren’t accounted for. Very good video though ! Dishing out some sauce
Hey! Thank you for the input. In this case, They utilized a Telefunken 251 microphone, paired with a Neve 1073 preamp for recording (pre amp only). Additionally, Teezio opts for the C800 microphone for certain vocals, particularly those with less midrange presence.
This video is one of most underrated video ever. I had problems to find a solution for my harsh vocals. I was using Acustica audio plugins to try achieve "analog" warm feel, tried multiple deharsh plugins like soothe, different eq types and nothing. After watching this video I tried this "Justin Bieber eq moves" and my vocals are sounding like I always want. Thanks brother
@@nunu9849I’m guessing a slowish attack and a slightly quicker release time so that the vocals don’t sound like they’re “pumping”. I like to think of it this way: if the vocalist is rapping fast use a quicker attack and quicker release and vice versa for someone who’s rapping slower
these stems would have had the eq and compression baked in, as you hear the eq change on one of the phrases for effect, so you're doing these moves on an already processed track? These are still good moves to deal with harshness...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks to "stemsguys@gmail.com" for providing the original stems.
Great video.
For reverb/delay should this be sent through a bus?
How many vocal layers or takes usually can achieve this sound?
@@drago7635 Yes. they should be sent through bus.
mainly 1 vocal layer is enough but adding more layers can make your track sound better.

He’s going into a Tube Tech and Neve before the SSL
In the recording stage, yes.
got any info of how they get those clean raw vocals? (preamp settings etc) and how to mimic them on daw
Telefunken [ELA M] 251 -> Neve Pre Amp -> CL1B compressor.
@@yeckxobut what settings on these?

No, some of them are unmixed versions.
will it sound the same in fl studio?
It's not available for FL Studio at the moment.
Where do you download the DRY vocals to practice?
Please send an email to "stemsguys@gmail.com"
How should I treat this with a Smb7?
Pretty much the same. You just have to tweak the EQ.
@ Should I make it a higher frequency?
Best content 🫶🏻 can you explain how Lyn Lapid laying her background vocals that's was so smooth 🫶🏻

Miceothw Microphone quality is horible
Who's microphone?
@@yeckxo write fail, i wanna say your Microphone is horible anyway
Nope
cope
u shouldn't lowcut more than 40-60hz on vocals.Never
also using autotune after processing is wrong lol
It depends on the vocals register and key of the track. 80hz is the safe but you can even go higher a bit.
@@yeckxo its going to sound thin asf
@@yeckxo on female vocals yes u can go to 80hz but no more. Also the vocal on ur video had no lows and sounded thin
@@LUISBeats Again, it really depends on the key of the track and the vocalist’s register. Personally, I haven’t gone higher than 110 Hz yet.
