i have the same tuner my man and same intentions, 'something you can grow into' and i totally recommend it. i love my 3v and i enjoy 3v content so keep it!

Yes these programmers are excellent and used on so many Ford vehicles which is great. When I had looked at the car initially, the owner told me the story of how it was catless and the dealer when he bought it a decade ago. He made them out an oem midpipe on as part of his purchase agreement. The car was custom tuned to keep the CEL off during it's catless days. So the dealer didn't know it was tuned.
so my mustang has long tube headers./.. and high flow cats... since i installed that the car has been jerking because the air ratio is completly different now... canyou change those settings with the stock tuner ? or i will have to get a custom tune ?
I believe there's parameters you can change but honestly I went with a custom tune and that's how I would suggest you go. I never dug into the canned tuned settings other than the basic stuff like tire size

The SCT X4 should have a model that fits your car. And someone who writes custom tunes should be able to provide you a programmer and set of tunes that works for your car.

My guess is that is showing three custom tunes. Unless they changed the software, mine when I got it had different octane "canned" tunes and they were not named what you had on yours. On my mustang and also my F-150 which is also custom tuned, the custom tune usually has a special name that is saved by the tuner who creates it and that sounds like what you have.
That is correct you cannot. And you'd fail inspection anyways in many states. My car failed because someone many years ago had an unknown tune on it that shut off rear O2 sensors.

Some tunes turn off traction control completely that sounds like the case here
Agreed, it sounds like custom tunes to me that were set up to do that. My sctx4 did not have that when I got it new
