Koh Samui, Thailand: Hyatt Regency Breakfast Buffet at Yangna Walkthrough

This Hyatt Regency breakfast buffet, at their main restaurant, Yangna, overlooks the pool and property, with majestic ocean views as well. Hours are from 7am to 11am. The buffet offers continental-style cold buffet with pastries, cold meats, dairy products, fruits and cereal. Our favorites were their Asian offerings, including dim sum, curries, stir fried veggies, made-to-order soup noodles and porridge and Indian cuisine. They also have the requisite egg stations (made-to-order eggs, any way you like). During the weekend, their offerings included beautiful parfaits served in coconut shells and grilled seabass (delicious)!
Tip: Thai Iced Tea is included free of charge, just ask your server.
