How to learn Irish Trad tunes by ear

In this video I walk you through the process I use for learning Irish Trad tunes, on banjo, by ear. You can use this process for any instrument, I just happen to play banjo.
This video is intended for people who feel like they have a "bad ear" and have had difficulty trying to learn by ear in the past. I show the process I used to go from feeling like I had a "bad ear" to being able to learn tunes by ear in about a half an hour or so.
