How To Turn On & Off Closed Captioning Xfinity Flex TV Box

In this video I show you how to turn on and off the closed caption on the Xfinity Flex TV box. I show you step by how to access the accessibility settings menu and turn closed captioning on or off by going through the settings menu, or using the voice remote button, or by setting up the shortcut button. Once you program the shortcut button on the Xfinity Flex Remote you can access the accessibility menu and turn closed captioning on or off through the shortcut button.
