Frederick K.C. Price, Founder Of Crenshaw Christian Center, Dies At 89 From COVID

- Frederick K.C. Price, a well-known local pastor and the founder of the Crenshaw Christian Center, died from COVID-19 Friday at the age of 89.
My friend and I were speaking about Dr. Price yesterday. He has gone home to be with the Lord. Though I will miss his teaching, I'm not sad. I'm happy. He fought the good fight. He did the work of the Lord and has gone home to glory.
Exactly a co-worker we were talking about religion and I told him I attend occasionally Crenshaw Christian Center
He was a very faithful servant.

He was a lying pulpit pimp with a false gospel who fleeced millions from unsuspecting sheep. He loved the riches of this world. He was a wolf 🐺 in sheep’s clothing just like most other TBN preacher pimps
If indeed "happiness" is the correct emotion to have, please explain this: John 11:33-36, 38
"When Jesus saw her sobbing, and the Jews who came with her [also] sobbing, He was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. [He chafed in spirit and sighed and was disturbed.]
And He said, Where have you laid him? They said to Him, Lord, come and see. Jesus wept. The Jews said, See how [tenderly] He loved him!….Now Jesus, again sighing repeatedly and deeply disquieted, approached the tomb. It was a cave (a hole in the rock), and a boulder lay against [the entrance to close] it."
I know why folks say they are "happy" but it is a misnomer. The scripture they are loosely referring to is this:
1 Thessalonians 4:13
Now also we would not have you ignorant, brethren, about those who fall asleep [in death], that you may not grieve [for them] as the rest do who have no hope [beyond the grave].
FACT: There is a difference between "not grieving as others", AND being "happy".
So understand and believe: 1 Corinthians 15:25-26
"For [Christ] must be King and reign until He has put all [His] enemies under His feet. The last enemy to be subdued and abolished is death."
"Death" is a damnable thing! It is not to be celebrated, it is not to be cuddled, it is NOT to be accepted. You ought to feel about it the way OUR SAVIOR feels, it is an "enemy". Ps 110:1 After all, Christ has sat down UNTIL this enemy has been made OUR footstool.
Please Body of Christ: Let us stop accepting it, come together as one and make "death" our footstool!!!!
Myself, i am angry and daily "sigh" when i realize the good and Godly people who are here no more…because of this damnable enemy! So, this is my way of beginning the fight! I do not know YET what more i need to do…BUT i'm standing by for further instructions!!!!
Ohhh. Loved watching him. He was clear in getting his Christ filled message across to thousands ( including me). I will miss him. Grateful to have heard him in the 70’s through 2021.
Definitely praying for family and all of us, Pastor Price, and family are a huge part of my life, and sooo many. Grateful to God for the gift, Pastor, we'll see you when we get home!!! Grace and peace to all!
Apostle Price was one of the greatest & purest teachers of the gospel ....May God continue to keep the family strong & in faith..... Loved him.
RIP Pastor Price. I use to visit his church often in the 80s when the Faith dome was being built. His wife’s greeting of me was so warm and genuine; I still remember it to this day.
So sad to hear of Pastor Price’s passing; He had a terrific ministry and loved his sense of humor while doing it , R.I.P. 😢

A faith legend. He bought the old pepperdine university campus and then built a 10,000 seat dome. Not any pastor can do all that. He was the real deal. Remarkable man of God. A man of integrity.

Exactly I learn a lot from dr. Price I remember as a teenager I hate it going to church one of the reasons the basketball games came on exactly the same time we were going to church. But after a couple years I was hooked religion and dr. Price everything I receive and life is through God no one else

I love his teaching, and the way he taught. I used to send money to the ministry. I met him once at a church in Greenville, ms. I,ve bought so, so, so many of his books, tapes, and c d,s. I started watching pastor price in the 70,s. Loved him ever since. Rest in peace, my friend.

I was just looking at Pastor Dwight McKissic on Facebook and Dr Price picture was there. I googled his name and learned of his passing. I will never forget his teachings among so many but specifically his series on Race, Religion, and Racism. It transformed our lives. Prayers for Mrs. Betty and family. May The Most High rid the earth of Covid.

Frederick K.C. Price. I used to watch Ever Increasing Faith on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. on WPIX channel 11 in NYC about 38 years ago. I was searching for God through Jesus Christ, and Frederick Price was the minister who put me on that narrow road of righteousness that leads to salvation. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

I love Dr. Price, learn many things from him. I have proof of my life for his teachings are the real deal. My heart is sad. But I rejoice for him saying the other side glory glory.

Rev Price & Family sorry for the passing of a dear man someone whom I once watched on my TV some years ago he really preach the word in such a way that i looked forward to seeing Mr Price on Sundays. This Virus is taking to many good people and we're all are getting concern about what might happen to ourselves would anyone believe that I just lost my sister from the same thing she was 63' yrs old last month.
I pray that Rev Price did his job while he severed the Lord and teaching many that God is good my heart is a bit sad but I'm pretty sure that he would want me and all to take care and believe.

I remember watching this man when I was a kid.
This is where my journey to really understanding the Bible began as a teenager about 34 years ago. I was so tired of the screaming and hooping and then sad life styles I saw lived in the "church". I thought about him just recently. I know he's celebrating and I know he will be brutally missed.

I pray that KC Price was saved. His doctrine was off, but hopefully he truly accepted Jesus Christ as Savior. Right now he knows whether or not he was saved...but we don't. Prayers for the family.
