Her singing is amazing. Being an Indian it reminds me of "Aalaap" (opening section of a vocal performance in Indian classical music) however i have heard similar style in other global music as well (including Opera). Aalaap as a technique that came to prominence when Amir Khusro, a Persian, incorporated it along with "Jor" and "Jhala". Also Indian classical music (along with Kathak and a few musical instruments like Santoor) was heavily influenced by Persian and Arabic music over the last few hundred years. So I think this is a triumph of multiple cultures contributing to this wonderful fusion music.

"I know" that love connects us.
"I know" that life is painful.
"I know" that death comes for us all.
"I know" that love will bring us together again one day.
This song felt mournful, but with a sense of peace.
WHO is she? ❤
I do agree with all of you. This has made me cry! Music will make us all be one in the universe.
Evokes pseudo memories of times and places we can never know or experience. Lives lived and loves lost. Passions incomprehensible.
It's a relief to hear and see talent expressed in other than Western terms.
Yet it’s bought to life using western inventions is it not? Giving it echo, overlays, volume, effects including visual effects…
@@augustsnowfall5189 Not to forget all the Western technology involved, the camera, recording devices, computers, internet, energy.
@@augustsnowfall5189 Beautiful entanglements of emotion and "singing" intonation;
"Why War?" and "My Dear Lord , Master of the Universe'

Westerners!!! SOOO
boorish and CHILDISH!!
YOU’RE what’s wrong with the world; always having to think in terms of racial and cultural superiority.
As an American of color - (who’s country of origin has been exploited AND colonized by the U.S government) I’m so sick and tired of having to hear that utterly false
Anglo/European narrative!!!!!!
Sounds like an awakening calling to the very depths of my soul, haunting and beautiful, drawing me in. Her voice, like the winds of time beckoning us all to wake and tune in to the collective universality of all earthbound creatures.❤❤❤❤❤
I am haunted by this. The hair on the back of my neck is bristling: back to my thin places in the Fall. As it is now and will be forever - My 74th year on this earth, our fragile home in the cosmos +
Goosebumps, Feeling's. Emotions. Crystalline structures changing - all within during such a performance. Your body has been altered.
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Holy-smoke, what a beautiful performance. ❤😊❤

Absolutely Amazing!!! Marvellous Melodious and Mesmerising!! Super Soulful Sound!!! Almost like ancient Indian Ragas. Bravo
Beautiful it speaks to your Soul if you very musical and spiritual incline.❤❤ it’s almost as though you could feel the presence of a person life as it is in these trying times..
It sounds sad but yet so divine.
This is pure art&magic. Very simple, yet so touching for the heart and soul! A sample of normality in this madness. Emotions put in strings and voice. Breathtaking!
Divinely heavenly soulful heart touching two blessed souls creating a masterpiece so beautiful thank you stay blessed ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you. You too
Her singing is amazing.
If music defined people's borders, everything would be perfect.
So true
Wow,what a wonderful truthful and profound statement. ❤
Beautiful idea! 😊💖

I was born in Iran and at the same time I grew up in Europe but I've never thought The Iranian Santoor is something I would get my attention. The music is very incredible and inspiring 🙏
Thank you
The voice is our wind..ever changing emotion..flowing true nature..an inner sense shaping the eyes..ear after ear..heart after heart. We are whispers in the day and night..ghost and echoes..we are shadows cast from light..remember me..I am a journey..you are my passenger..❤
ohhh very nice song. So nice to hear that voice and music. Makes me feel good.
Absolutely phenomenal, and it touches the very core of our human existence to be able to express the beauty from within, and how music brings it out
Stunningly beautiful 😍
gave me goosebumps then suddenly such an overwhelming sadness came over me and it felt as though I cried with such raw truth for every hurt from every person on the planet. it was not my hurt it was a collective hurt. I don't know what that music was but all I can say is thank you. absolutely mesmerising. beautiful. spoke to my soul. xx
Spiritual fulfillment of our soul. Such purity; I feel the linx and the cheetah in my soul, with no worries. Beautiful
Thank you
This transcends everything, goes straight for the truth of our souls. Thanks Paulina and Dmitry. Really really good.

Indeed Sanskrit and avestan are two cousin language of the main branch indo European
Unworldy sound! It stems from all pains and suffering imposed on us all that we call ourseleves ' human beings'!
