Correction: a slip of the memory at 27:15. It is 1 Samuel 15-3 (not 2 Samuel 15-3). Also, it was Samuel who commanded King Saul to commit genocide, not Moses. Reference to Moses was meant to be from the book of Numbers 31-17 only. We do not believe these verses were revealed by God, they were simply interpolations made by Israelite scribes. God does not sanction the genocide of innocent people like women and children. Just correcting the mix-up.
I have a contention with the way muslims use the bible to defend events in Islamic history. They usually rise a contention with something from the bible. It appears that the judgment in 1 samuel 15 is suggested as a horrible thing which if true would only suggest that both actions being compared are negative. The other option would be to justify both action as judgment from god you can suggest one is worst but not that one is good and one is bad. As for the judgement in samuel this is no different from the flood from noah or the judgement on sodom and gomorrah god give life and takes life in his infinite wisdom sometimes he uses natural disasters super natural disasters famine plagues or armies he does this even to the israelite in cases like where he allows them to fall into persecution like with the Egyptians and the babylonians. Also I'd like to know if this god who declared this judgment is not allah or is this a corruption in the text. Because this event would predate Muhammad by about 1600 years and we would have manuscripts predating when Muhammad expressed his trust in the torah in Sunan Abi Dawood, 4449.

Nabil was a confused person who didn't fully understand his religion. Instead of seeking answers to his questions (which most people do for clarification) he allowed his heart to be tempted and was swayed to another belief that he found more compatible to himself. In the end that was his choice which i find no issue with. Its when he attacked Islam with his confused arguments and biased assessment that i find issue with.
I think he was not tempted...but rather the truth was revealed to him because while seeking Allah he found Jesus, the only way, the truth and the life and no one goes to the father accept through Jesus...i'm glad Nabeel had to part ways with falsehood and receive salvation in the body of Jesus Christ...

A Korean friend showed me this guy 2 years ago in attempt to make me consider Christianity. His story of how discussing the Bible with a friend in college led him to Jesus just makes no sense since the bible itself has so many issues that many Christians left their beliefs after carefully reading it.

I think he made a psychological choice out of confusion. He grew up as a Qadiani, which over time he came to realise was a false religion. But he felt unable to revert back to Islam because Qadiani people don’t like Muslims and Muslims reject Qadianis as Muslims. And in my opinion he become Christian because parts of Christianity hold more truth than Qadiani. Maybe over time he would have become a Muslim but I think Christians jumped upon him as an ex Muslim and he just got carried along as a spokes person, and it was too late he was in too deep. What is better to be a Christian or a Qadiani? Maybe he just made the best of the situation. Allah know best, it’s only my opinion.

A person is not dead if he has books or interviews circulating among people, he still has influence either bad or good upon people's'minds. Every believer in God, good or bad, will enter into paradise sooner or later. The companions of Jesus will enter into Paradise too. For those Christians who were not presented with the truth, & followed what their forefathers taught them will be given an independent trial because God is not unjust. Correction: a slip of the memory at 27:15. It is 1 Samuel 15-3 (not 2 Samuel 15-3). Also, it was Samuel who commanded King Saul to commit genocide, not Moses. Reference to Moses was meant to be from the book of Numbers 31-17 only. We do not believe these verses were revealed by God, they were simply interpolations made by Israelite scribes. God does not sanction the genocide of innocent people like women and children. Just correcting the mix-up.
I have a contention with the way muslims use the bible to defend events in Islamic history. They usually rise a contention with something from the bible. It appears that the judgment in 1 samuel 15 is suggested as a horrible thing which if true would only suggest that both actions being compared are negative. The other option would be to justify both action as judgment from god you can suggest one is worst but not that one is good and one is bad. As for the judgement in samuel this is no different from the flood from noah or the judgement on sodom and gomorrah god give life and takes life in his infinite wisdom sometimes he uses natural disasters super natural disasters famine plagues or armies he does this even to the israelite in cases like where he allows them to fall into persecution like with the Egyptians and the babylonians. Also I'd like to know if this god who declared this judgment is not allah or is this a corruption in the text. Because this event would predate Muhammad by about 1600 years and we would have manuscripts predating when Muhammad expressed his trust in the torah in Sunan Abi Dawood, 4449.

Nabil was a confused person who didn't fully understand his religion. Instead of seeking answers to his questions (which most people do for clarification) he allowed his heart to be tempted and was swayed to another belief that he found more compatible to himself. But as I have read the seerat UN Nabvi S.A.W I was damn sure that these must be there misinterpretations intentionally or not. So I started researching about the hadiths and the context too. And understand the history and the situations when Muhammad peace be upon him said those words and hadiths. Now after that islam make more sense to me. I was Muslim because I born in Muslim family. But now I am a Muslim by choice Alhamdullillah. I think he made a psychological choice out of confusion. He grew up as a Qadiani, which over time he came to realise was a false religion. But he felt unable to revert back to Islam because Qadiani people don’t like Muslims and Muslims reject Qadianis as Muslims. And in my opinion he become Christian because parts of Christianity hold more truth than Qadiani. Maybe over time he would have become a Muslim but I think Christians jumped upon him as an ex Muslim and he just got carried along as a spokes person, and it was too late he was in too deep. What is better to be a Christian or a Qadiani? Maybe he just made the best of the situation. Allah know best, it’s only my opinion.

A person is not dead if he has books or interviews circulating among people, he still has influence either bad or good upon people's'minds. As we see the man is not a real Muslim, he does not believe in Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him and his devout family) as the last Messenger of Allah because he is related to Qadiani sect that believes in their leader as a Prophet of Allah which contradicts with Allah's Law.
In order to attack Islam you look for someone who carries the title but never have the faith. It is up to you to believe or disbelieve but this won't affect Islam one bit. The only loser in the Day of Judgment is the one who denies Allah as the only God and Prophet Mohammed (pbuh and his devout family) His last Messenger and Islam as the true Religion. When a person dies he carries with him his own sins and virtues besides the sins of those who followed him in his misguided path.

@imu70 It means that on the Day of Judgment hell will be brought in front of everyone, even those destined for Paradise, & yet it will not harm the believers, & in fact, they will be relieved that they aren't entering into it because of their good deeds....& feel sorry for those whose bad deeds weigh more than their good ones.
Every believer in God, good or bad, will enter into paradise sooner or later. The companions of Jesus will enter into Paradise too. For those Christians who were not presented with the truth, & followed what their forefathers taught them will be given an independent trial because God is not unjust.
Reality is that all the discrepancies about Jesus will be answered before the Day of Judgment, during his second coming when he returns to defeat the antichrist, & it will be made crystal clear for all Christians & Jews who the true Messiah is, & how those who came after him before he was raised to God alive distorted & exaggerated his true teachings.
I understand how Christians see islam as a religion of fear in terms of how frequent punishments & the hell fire is mentioned, but it's a reality & warning, & intended to stop us from committing evil in this world, & to do good because the next eternal life is the one worth living, & this life is just a temporary test to see which of us is the best in practicing good deeds, and according to that, we'll earn higher levels in paradise, but also, those evil doers will be punished according to their sins, which is all logical surely?
