Hey everybody! I forgot to mention two things specifically: 1. Top/first drawer also includes rulebooks, forgot to say that. 2. Bottom two drawers: The first drawer (with the big card holder, containers for scars, etc) has a chip tray in it, but I forgot to hold it up and mention it. Love you all - and thanks for your support! - Ghillie
LOL. watched this again today... you can fit 18 Gearlocs in here, there are only 17 but... if we ever make another one. Oh and there is space in this drawer for a deck of cards with the Gearlocs if you ever had to put one in there for some reason. Well played...
Okay. That’s awesome. ... Now, finish out Cloudspire with The Shada and the other two factions. Then, make a big chest for the Cloudspire collection. I’ll buy it.
Gearloc Child in its box fits nicely down the side in the Gearloc Tray Drawer in the little space left over. Extra dice could go in the spare tuck boxes or the master card holder.
Just received the full unbreakable box, and somehow integrated it into the trove (well mostly, 2 of the tuck boxes still have the unopened cards from 40 days - not because they won’t fit, they will, but I ran out of time integrating and organizing). Best of all I was able to place all the excess bones and. Lock picking dice into the third tuck box in the top shelf - meaning the spare and extras store in the trove).
This is my saving grace - my wife is going to freak out when everything turns up but I'll be able to say don't work it all fits in this treasure trove! 😀
huh...never received a master card holder with my trove chest... also would like to ask if I could buy somehow some chip dividers...only 15 is not enough to divide the new once of unbreakable:)
lol got 3 copies of premium health chips, one for base game, one for undertow, one for unbreakable lol. just starting to organize stuff now in the trove chest.
I hope it survives during shipment. I hear stories of these chest splitting during shipment and they arrive not intact anymore. I recently got one and unfortunately it arrived wobbly and was falling apart already.
Would be interested to see how the chips are organized. As far as I can tell, there's 9 more chips than can actually fit in the trays you've shown. Which unfortunately would mean either you've left stuff out (promos?), it won't all fit or I've got some duplicates somewhere.
I mean it's really not too difficult to work it out if you want to. Size is limited to a kallax, take the dimensions of the game components to size out the drawers, add framing between being mindful ot weight distribution and boom.
For the general encounters I use the blank card dividers that are included. For day 1-2/1-3 encounters, I use the day counter cards. For the special encounters I use the cover cards.
Fantastic video. Random question. Us first trove chest purchasers put build a tyrant on two boxes. Do we have to take that sticker off or is the tyrant and gearloc deluxe storage add on going to have enough in there that we will just have an extra tyrant tray lying around.
I know it's been a year since you asked but I have ALL the content (every expansion) and used two tyrant boxes for mine as well. After all is said and done all my tyrants fit in the two drawers.
After filling them all and using one tray for the build a tyrant, is there an empty tyrant tray that could be used for the Gearloc Child, or is there a different way meant to store it?
We never ended up producing a cardboard version. As we got further into developing the Trove after the S&D campaign, it became immediately apparent that a cardboard version was never going to be able to withstand the amount of weight necessary and still be Kallax-friendly. We upgraded it to MDF (for free) shortly after the S&D campaign ended.
Yes, it fits, but seriously, I regret getting this. Once the chips go in, it becomes unbearably heavy, and you cannot transport it effectively without hurting your back. You can't store it in the shelf either because it is too heavy. Letting it sit on the table is impractical as it means eating up real estate on your gaming table. Overall, a novelty solution to allow you to throw away all those boxes, but only if you intend to play TMB for the greater part of your next 5 years.
Just save one big box (e.g. base box) and once you need to transport your game pick up only the elements from the trove box that you need. If to follow your reasoning and you would not have the trove box, you would have to carry around the same content (and it weight) divided over all original boxes or other storage solution…so it is not a trove thing, but more a “ how much TMB do you buy” thing.

Haha, the subtle things in this video now we know about Riffle: ‘you could even put a deck of playing cards if you would like to’.
And room for 18 gearlocs instead of just 17
"You could even put a deck of cards in here if you wanted to."
In the business they call this foreshadowing.

Prove to me that Unbreakable content fits in there as well.

I put the extra dice in an empty tuck box on the top shelf. :)
I've had no issues putting my stuff in, even the overlapping reused stuff. I love this!
I like the teasing references towards Riffle and its stuff :) Unless it may have been something more also...
Quite disappointed that Ghillie is alone!
No tiger, no eagle and no wolverine... 😔

will this become available again one day?
This is my saving grace - my wife is going to freak out when everything turns up but I'll be able to say don't work it all fits in this treasure trove! 😀
Good luck! I’m just waiting for the campaign to end and immediately start sleeping on the couch. The outcome will be inevitable.
@@SoloBoardGamingKnight it just means you're not tip toeing late at night after a big game 😀

Same here on the Master Card holder. Never came with my Trove Chest.
I'm so excited! Very nice. All the best for the last hours of the campaign.
2:24 "should we choose to release another one"... is Unbreakable not supposed to be the final campaign for Too Many Bones? :p
Final campaign, but we have room for a few more one-off things we could soft-release in the future.
@@ChipTheoryGames ok thanks for the precision! I'll surely buy it! :D thanks guys for the amazing work! We love you!
lol got 3 copies of premium health chips, one for base game, one for undertow, one for unbreakable lol. just starting to organize stuff now in the trove chest.
Will these be offered for sale anytime soon? I’ve looked high and low and can’t find one. Thanks!
We put them up for preorder every holiday season during our Black Friday sale. Keep an eye on our website around then!

What are the round cylinders? My chest just arrived and I don't seem to have them.
Those came with two different expansions. I think it was 40 Days in Daelore and Age of Tyranny.

So how much for the plans so I can build my own? 😁

What's the best way to sort encounter cards?
For the general encounters I use the blank card dividers that are included. For day 1-2/1-3 encounters, I use the day counter cards. For the special encounters I use the cover cards.
Funny how they had already made space for Riffle.
Now to wait for the updated version of this to fit all the new content!
Quite curious to know how it weight 😅

Ah, D20! Didn’t realize you were a fan of Bones

Master card holder…? I’m pretty sure my trove chest didn’t come with one of those. Is that from a second edition chest or something?
Their is an add-on in the current campaign that adds more stuff too the Trove chest
Is that Trove the cardboard version or new MDF version? How much of a difference does the MDF make?
We never ended up producing a cardboard version. Where / When can I buy this?
Only through their crowdfunding campaigns.
Love the t-shirt!!!!!
This reminds me of this classic scene: ua-cam.com/video/WgBXt7etjTQ/v-deo.html#t=0m23
Man, those Gearloc tray lids are LOOSE! I hope they don't open up when they're sitting vertical inside the Trove Box.
Mine have never opened up, but mine also aren't super loose.
OK cool, now come over to my place and help put everything in the trays for me pls. ❤

"too heavy for a shelf" Are your shelves made out of cardboard?
"Are your shelves made out of cardboard?" - Well played, Sir. Had a good laugh due to the kallax friendlieness of the trove chest.
Woot!
Lift it...lft it!:)..haha.. i want prove i can still lift it
Man, why does all my money just want to throw itself at Chip Theory Games. Ridiculous!
So. I am NOT allowed to comment?
