Education is the key to saving lives. Early detection is vital with ovarian and any uterine cancers because they spread so rapidly.❤

I have been so happy to watch the video released by the Kensington palace about the end of the chemo therapy. Besides the obvious reasons, it was suuch a pleasure to watch the video because it was made so beautifully, with such love and respect. In fact, I just can't stop watching it.
This is so important for anyone with cancer. Many years ago, my late mum had cancer at a time when it was hidden away. I remember when we got the diagnosis. Dad slumped in his chair, a broken man. I couldn't even stay in the room and went into the corridor to sob my heart out. The last words I heard before leaving was mum saying, "OK, so what do I do now to fight it?" From that moment on, she fought and eventually won the battle. She lived for a further 14 years and was still cancer free at her death. During her fight, she made a conscious decision to never hide what was going on. She would tell anyone what the battle was like. People told me how much hope she had given them for their own fight. A doctor once told me that hope was the best drug anyone could have and praised mum for what she was doing. This is why HRH Princess Katherine's decision to go public like this is so important. Those currently fighting cancer can look at a young woman like Katherine and be given hope - "If she can do it, so can I!" We are blessed to live at a time when more and more cancers are being defeated. I hope that future generations will not have to suffer as previous generations have.

So very happy that Princess Kate is finally cancer free. We know that the journey continues, and that the road is long but she will be successful. Her reasons for this are her children and her Prince William, the four reasons most important to her. I wish her well, and many many years of health, happiness and love!

I have been so happy to watch the video released by the Kensington palace about the end of the chemo therapy. Besides the obvious reasons, it was suuch a pleasure to watch the video because it was made so beautifully, with such love and respect. In fact, I just can't stop watching it.
This is so important for anyone with cancer. Many years ago, my late mum had cancer at a time when it was hidden away.
I remember when we got the diagnosis. Dad slumped in his chair, a broken man. I couldn't even stay in the room and went into the corridor to sob my heart out. The last words I heard before leaving was mum saying, "OK, so what do I do now to fight it?" From that moment on, she fought and eventually won the battle. She lived for a further 14 years and was still cancer free at her death. During her fight, she made a conscious decision to never hide what was going on. She would tell anyone what the battle was like. People told me how much hope she had given them for their own fight. A doctor once told me that hope was the best drug anyone could have and praised mum for what she was doing.
This is why HRH Princess Katherine's decision to go public like this is so important. Those currently fighting cancer can look at a young woman like Katherine and be given hope - "If she can do it, so can I!"
We are blessed to live at a time when more and more cancers are being defeated. I hope that future generations will not have to suffer as previous generations have.

In America people can choose to keep.their madien name but with Catherine she has asked to be referred to.as Cathetine so the difference is repect.from media outlets.on both sides of the pond to simply respect.that which is why Harold and Megan.call her Kate because they know she would prefer Catherine

I have a friend who is going thru chemotherapy as I type this. She got wonderful news today. The chemo is working. ❤ God is great! Prayers work. You have a beautiful family. The kids are growing fast. And so cute. I think the video is wonderful. To see and hear you guys having so much fun together, made me smile.
A child gets his or hers self esteem from their parents.
That’s what I truly believe. Princess Catherine and Prince William you guys are doing a wonderful job on giving your children all the normalcy they can possibly have.
