I got a $500 bag but they won’t fix it cause it’s 2 years old.. I think that’s crazy customer service is not the graters.

Hi I saw the most beautiful burgundy coach bag that I wanted to buy for my mom‘s 78th birthday, however, there are no hangtags and no monogram or identification that it’s a coach bag except for the inside. Although it may seem shallow, I feel like if I’m spending a few hundred dollars on a coach bag I’d like there to be some beautiful identifying hardware or Coach monogram so she can show it off. Can I get that done somewhere if I buy this bag?

Thank you for the video. I wonder if you could do one on how to move a hangtag from the strap back to the side. I purchased a vintage bag and the hangtag is attached to the strap's closure. I don't know how to fix it and the seller is not responsive, though she said she did that for the photos.

You could try asking for a replacement in a flagship store.
Nope… Lowe’s or Home Depot… they are the same as you’d get for a lamp or ceiling fan and WAY cheaper. Cut to size with scissors

The new coach hardware on outlet bags are not so fortunate. Less than a year after purchse my silver toned hardware clip is scratched after wearing against the strap grommet and totally showing copper base metal underneath. Seriously!? Disappointed to day the least because the bag is excellent.

I personally own a few bags and I recently bought one that somehow I tried to safe from going to the bag cemetery sort of speak. ;( the bag is a black Coach Willis 9927 made in the USA. I saw in your videos that you own some of those. ;) This bag was missing the strap and one DRing the one that holds the strap I wonder if you can help me and guide me as to where to get the replacement parts or even if you have any and be willing to sell them to me so that I can complete the bag. Hi, Debi, how do you remove the tag from the actual bag to clean it? My tag is hooked on a chain
The handles wore out on my coach handbag within a very short time really disappointing. I was wondering if you sold replacement handles I need 2 they attached to rings on the purse. I need black they don’t need to be the originals. I purchased a new handbag last year the handle on my new bag attach to a ring like a belt if I could get 2 of them I would be set.
