Well I needed a zipper replaced, handed the bag to the coach store in Bicester on the understanding they would contact me to either replace for a fee or let me know if they couldn't. That was at the beginning of September, I've heard nothing... So as far as I'm concerned my bags sat on a shelf somewhere.. appalling customer service as they never answer their phone, I went in after 4 weeks to be told they'd put it on some desk somewhere and forgotten. Will never use them again. 😠
Exactly. What tools? Where to find them? What kinds of brushes? Which items work universally across the Coach spectrum and which are specific for various leathers or materials? We can't get a closeup of the tools or even their names. This really isn't helpful at all.
how do you restore the shape of a Sierra satchel bag? Mine got dented here and there due to lack of care when storing it and i am aiming to get it back to it's shape if possible. With it's current state, it is even difficult to zip and unzip because the zipper area is affected (with creases)
I just tried one of Debbie's suggestions on how to remove an ink stain off of one of my briefcases and like that, the stain was gone just as she said it would be by following her simple yet easy instructions.
So.. I tuned in to see some repair tips for coach bags.. There was nothing, just here’s some stuff to use.. No tips, no examples, just.. here’s some tools and cleaner and that about raps it up… see you next time. A waste of time tuning in.

He Debi I need to replace a grommet but I cannot find the nice brassy color . I live in Canada so do you recommend to send it to the Coach office in NJ I Really love my coach .
Your videos are very helpful. Thank you for all the information. Do the new coach bags have solid brass hardware? Coach sent me a Troupe Tote and the metal was pitted and you could see steel underneath the "brass" hardware. It was obviously a used bag and I returned it.

My problem is the thread lining peels off almost immediately from all my leather bags, is that fixable??
