      Glad you liked it! Make sure you're submitting designs for reviews too - that's how we got hers to start selling :)

    Should we run ads on amazon after launching the design becaus those keywords are competitive ? Is it possible to rank without ads ?

    • @jayswayworks
      @jayswayworks  День тому

      It's definitely possible to rank without ads, but ads help get you there way faster. My goal is to have some 5-star reviews and decent sales velocity in 6 months so that I'm ranking organically and with ads by May. You won't spend any money if people don't click, so if you're confident in your design and you know you're offering something a little unique but that has proven demand for similar stuff, then ads is a no-brainer.
      Hope this helps! Great question :)

    Hi Jay,great video as always,thank you.I probably missed it, but why did you download then upload to remove the background?

      @thesandmanks 5 днів тому +2

      I believe trying to remove background on the first one would have just shown the full sunset image instead of the mask. Doing it this way, keeps the white background covering the sunset image, then you can remove the background on the second image. Hope that makes sense.

    I don’t try to compete on price, but I try to keep in mind what a person is willing to pay for a T-shirt. Comfort colors is a separate story because the quality of the shirt itself is above average. I don’t think most people looking for a graphic T-shirt want to pay that price so I don’t go with comfort colors. My standard shirt is Bella and canvas for $22.99, which comes out to about $30 after shipping and tax which I think is about what people are willing to pay for a T-shirt. I could probably bump up the price by one dollar if I wanted to do an experiment, but that’s about it. Nobody is trying to spend $40 on a standard T-shirt out the door with shipping.

      I agree. I very rarely will buy a T over $25

      I get it - I thought like that too, once upon a time. The reality though, is that this is isn't about you or what you think about how much people will spend on a tee.. On Etsy, I sell Gildan 64000 tees for $27 USD + $5 shipping. And they sell. You're not selling a t-shirt - you're selling an emotion. If the message hits, it will sell.
      Thanks for watching - and i hope you give yourself the opportunity to make more money - especially with the impending tariff war.. You're probably going to need to increase your prices sooner than later anyway, so there is that.
