Yields 10 mini cheesecake
Baking temp: 350F
Baking Time: 10 mins for the crust, 20 mins for the cheesecake
Ingredients for the crust:
1 cup of ground chocolate biscuit crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Batter:
8 oz cream cheese
100g white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp matcha powder
