Someone told me 50 years ago that a home should be a place that your shoulders go down, not up - in other words where your body relaxes when you walk through the door, not tense up - and this woman has got it exactly right. Like me, she's found a colour scheme she likes and will stick to for many years. Simply stunning!!

Beautiful and interesting. Home for me is a place of peace, beauty and tranquility. Their home reminds me of my Grandmother's home. The owner captivated me with her joyful spirit. She sincerely reflects her learning. Great work, lovely living. I'll definitely find her when I visit England.

The best thing about a beautiful home is a beautiful home filled with love. You can tell that there's warmth and love in that house. I can imagine it full of friends and family enjoying a meal by candle light talking and laughing. They are very fortunate.
The house is just remarkable and you my dear are off the charts charming and what an interesting life you have already had! Everywhere I look I see something that pulls me in what an amazing job of decorating and I can tell it was a delight to do! Bravo.
I am addicted to Homeworthy and this is my absolutely favorite video ever! I wish Ambrice could do a regular feature or have her own channel to describe the treasures she finds and share a bit of her explorations. Most designers today like to juxtapose pieces with some radically opposing colors, patterns, styles, etc. It seems like an obligatory trend these days and, imo, very few can do this in a way that is pleasing to the eye, rather than irritating. Ambrice really stands out in her artistic vision to combine all she finds beautiful in a way that builds harmony and warmth, because it’s natural to her, never contrived. Her enthusiasm for her many fascinating passions is a delight and inspiring. I learned so, so much on so many levels and in so many areas that it’s astonishing, a reflection of how articulate, knowledgeable and compelling she is, with charm and humor mixed in! I wish her and her family every continued joy and success in their stunning home and future adventures. p.s. I love her Instagram items!
First let me start by saying I know that her grandma, her mawmaw, would be very, very, very proud of her and the intelligent, educated, sophisticated beautiful young women that she is. While this is not my style, I can appreciate the beauty, and the thought and time this lovely homeowner and her husband have spent in creating this amazing home! Ambrice is such a warm and inviting host! Thank you for such an informative and beautiful tour!
How lucky are we to be able to spend an hour with this joyful woman and the visual feast of her beautiful and welcoming home. Thank you Homeworthy and Ambrice for this enchanting video.
Such a beautiful and warm Lady; a pleasure to listen too. And of course, their home is lovely too! Hope she and her family enjoy it a lot! Beautiful dog!❤🎉🎉
This young woman has exquisite taste and has brought her southern style, European art, and eclectic taste together beautifully…She’s not pretentious at all….One of my favorite Homeworthy shows ever.
Ambrice is so engaging and knowledgeable. She educates effortlessly. The house and her taste are absolutely stunning. I hope does an art history TV documentary series or something!
Her home is so beautiful, she has a serious gift for finding things that go so well together. I had to watch more than once in fear of missing detail. Her eloquently described stories made it really enjoyable which is not always the case in this format and so appreciated because it added to the beauty instead of diminishing. The shot of her in that dress sitting on her rose velvet sofa I predict to be the well deserved money shot! Beautifully done, love this channel so much.
Normally I don't go for maximalism or glam styles but I was obsessed from minute 1! And once she showed the jewel box hamam bathroom I was DROOLING. Beautiful, rich saturated colors, lovely lived in feel throughout the home....I love how original and intentional each choice is
So this was a true delight to watch. Lived in Alabama since I was 12/13, between Birmingham and Montgomery. I absolutely love the details and the cultures reflected. Super intentional and so much charm. I love this!🙌🏾
I'm British born, Guyanese heritage. I was born raised in Ipswich, Suffolk and now live in London. I love the way, how you have celebrated, embraced you and your husband's culture and have also been sympathetic to the original period features in your beautiful colourful home🏡🙏🏾♥
The home is absolutely stunning filled with pieces that stand on their own but blend together and flow. So much of the decor has a story and here and there amongst the elegance are elements of fun. Our hostess is lovely and her dress is simply gorgeous.

What a lovely lady and lovely home. I really loved the mix of black culture and heritage with English and European. Delightful peace. Would love to see more of this lovely lady on screen. Best wishes and success Ambrice .
"I really don't think that you should be limited by your budget to live with beautiful things." That was a rather poignant and meaningful sentiment to hear in a video such as this. I am a new and single Homeowner- a young woman with the tremendously good fortune to have been able to purchase my 1945 Colonial Revival Home outright, in cash and therefore, have no mortgage. That was a massive goal for my Life, achieved, because I am also legally disabled with a severe Blood Disorder since birth. I can no longer in Life work full-time. I live on disability and though I have lovely shelter to own, actually filling my Home and executing the decor elements that I yearn for has been a slow and financially challenging task. I adore vintage items from consignment and thrift stores as well as the occasional antique. On the days I am physically well enough to do so, I have painted and immersed myself in my Home's aesthetic with as much creativity as I can muster. I am so inspired by this woman's elegance, sophistication, and high-level of historical knowledge. 🖤
I think the painting of Mermaid is a polo poney !! as I worked with them, the hog main and double bridle, the saddle is a very early one, your home is so lovely.

This heritage home is so well done..Fabulous care of the frontal Ivy..the front entrance is perfect! This home takes on a life of its own..Every room has perfect temperament, tone,.. the colors and textures are stunning..Her front room with those gorgeous blue chairs speaks to me..This lady has set the right tone..such flow of ease.. but high style. Love the lighting throughout this home. The owner is not only stunningly beautiful.. but she has an expert eye..and her decoration style is interesting, well grounded.. and elevated. OMG Ambrice, your home is breathtaking. It's like entering a warm and cozy art museum curated for personal comfort with touches of bold and understated elegance. This can only be achieved by someone with an artistic pedigree as you have nuanced with your education and experience. And overall, such a departure from the cookie cutter designer du jour style rampant even among professional decorators. You are a beautiful breath of fresh air.
The home really does seem like a great old "Chap", that gives a lovely hug when you walk in. I love the way the house sprawls out. Love all the wonderful pieces, the whimsy with the serious. The art is magnificent, those hyper-realist drawings are breathtaking, the safari animal paintings...wow! The kitchen, so cozy. Everything is just wonder-full! I also love Ambrice's beautiful dress!
I am totally over the moon about your journey and artistic expression through your abode. I think I've watched every Homeworthy video and this has to be one of my favorite home tours. Every piece in Ambrice's home looks as though it was selected with intention; and every piece looks like it is a reflection of the personalities of the people who live there. I love her exuberance when she showing her home. And it looks so cozy, charming and loved.
What an amazing home with fabulous pieces. It must be exciting - and maybe heartbreaking at times- to have beautiful pieces coming and going as they sell. Thank you for a lovely tour with a lovely hostess!

Her own furniture line is incredible!!
This lady’s home is like a museum, and she’s well versed and gracious, could watch her all day 😊
I find this woman totally fascinating!!!!! So well educated!!!!! She is from my home state too boot!!!!!
I love her personality and charm. She doesn't take anything too seriously and has excellent taste. Very enjoyable!
Her home is charming, she is charming and her ideas and creative style are inspiring!!!! Thanks for sharing.
Lady, you are the real treasure here. Such a lovely presence and a natural educator with a gorgeously decorated home.
She appears to have a beautiful soul; she has good style, and her home is spectacular. She's classy, stylish and eloquent. Good job Homeworthy! When I finish my home, I've made it my personal mission to be on HOMEWORTHY :)
Good job! You are charming, and so is the house.
Awh, I really enjoyed listening to hear speak and touring this Beautiful home. She is really becoming a Brit.
I love how you capture the cultures of the world into Chap. Your house is amazing and you’re so happy to share your home.
You represent a splendid blend of modern contemporary and history of UK esthetic with an African American Southern twist. I love your historic reference and personal experience through old world style. I can't wait to shop your store for amazing modern artifacts!😅 Well done! ❤
Absolutely beautiful home. One of the best eclectic jewel box of home tours I’ve seen this far! I’ve watched this tour 2 times already to make sure I didn’t miss any detail. ❤ I love what she said at the end about what home is.
What a beautiful young woman with a wonderful sense of style, a delightful home creator.
Such a lovely and charming hostess. She made the video enjoyable to watch and I love her beautiful home.
What an amazing home with fabulous pieces. It must be exciting - and maybe heartbreaking at times- to have beautiful pieces coming and going as they sell. Thank you for a lovely tour with a lovely hostess!
Everything about Ambrice and her home is delightful!
What is HOMEWORTHY!!!! I’ve seen two videos that were better than anything I have ever seen before. I’m SO OBSESSED!!!!!
Fabulous. I could sit and listen to her for hours.
Thank you Homeworthy and Ambrice for sharing your eclectic and beautiful home.
Loved the dress she is wearing.
This was absolutely inspirational. It was lovely to see an English home featured, especially as I also live in a 17th century English cottage. Loved it! ❤
