That quarrel in tavern in defense of Claire's honor proved they accepted her as family. You can fight like cats inside your family but when someone from the outside is trying to insult or harm you - may God have mercy on them. Me and my brothers were always like that, since early childhood years 😍
Singing and storytelling are, in my opinion, sort of the core of human group activities going back through our entire history. There are few things more innately human than sitting down with a bunch of people to do a task, or even just to relax, and then making beautiful sounds together.
What I love about this show aside from the thoroughness of the historical research is that they actually had someone help out with all the herbs and such so they could accurately name each plant and what medical issues they help with!
Getting out is great help for me. I went for a 4 mile walk this very morning in Scotland too! It was so peaceful, there was even four ducks walking along the lane quacking too! Thanks for posting regardless of your day, I hope you can relax again soon.
The show may seem soothing now but things get pretty heavy. A friend who had some trigger issues had to stop watching. Your mileage may vary. Hope you continue,, because I have enjoyed reliving the show through your reactions. Be well.
While I like Outlander it can get really really tough to watch. Especially the last two episodes of season 1. And then again in subsequent seasons. There are several sexual abuse situations throughout the show! While the story is beautiful and aspiring it is often brutal and can cause viewers to feel very uncomfortable. Take care!
Outlander will get rough, you really should be weary! If you looking for something non-triggering, you need to watch Ted Lasso, it's very wholesome and great for your mental health. Somebody once described it as "Chicken soup for the Soul".
Yeah, Outlander gets VERY rough. But oh, do they do love well. A LOT of people with too tender of hearts quit watching this because of the rough patches.
@@blainevanity6 I was never the squeamish sort. I found this show while they were in the droughtlander before season five. I watched all previous four seasons in six days. Might have been quicker but my husband insisted on being fed supper and that I take breaks to sleep. 😁
This show gets pretty heavy. It's never been too much for me, but there are definitely very not soothing things that happen which could be too much for others. It's good to see a lot of people are letting you know in the comments to be aware :)
I really enjoyed your reaction here. It's one of my favorite episodes of season 1 (though not even close in the overall show, so many good episodes). I will warn you though that later this season will start being very heavy and anxiety inducing, so you'll have to be careful venturing into it - that doesn't mean there aren't wholesome episodes later, but it's more of a soft start.
Story of this incredible series reminds me of storyline of another incredible movie "The last samurai", definitely should watch, if you didn't see it before
Sorry for my english, this is not my language. I disagree. Yes there is these "problems" in this show, but there is also how to live after these problems, how to be happy after that, and I think that it is good...
@@juliem7555 not saying it isn’t good…I love this show, read all the books. Just saying if someone are in a vulnerable state, this might not be helpful in their healing process.
@@Fayelin449 yes I understand and I agree with you. Several situations are really hard to watch and to feel/live (because when I watch this show, I feel/live all with the characters), but I think this is really very important to watch the next episods to see how the characters manage with these situations. I am sorry, I don't know all the words in english, and I don't know how to explain, but when we watch these situations we are weak with them, but after, by healing, we become stronger with them... So yes, it is hard, violent, terrible, but it is better if you continue to watch to see that the life can be good after that...

It’s nice that they stuck up for her, but we shouldn’t forget that she is still being held hostage.

I agree.... she I absolutely hate that she's constantly shitting on the west. She brainwashed
Literally, in every video in this series, she says something suggesting that the West is somehow evil, bad, or uncultured. It's simply not true.

You are an incredibly thoughtful person, I love hearing your thoughts on this show
I was at the Culloden Battlefield the other week. Tragically beautiful place.
PS. Get some black pudding down you lassy.
Two episodes away from one of my faves

Did she ever say when she was getting back to Supernatural?
I hope so. Supernatural gets funny and light later and I think she would like it.
What happened with the Supernatural Reactions???
I always enjoy and adore your reactions!! So sweet and beautiful you are Imon. 🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️
i’m learning Gaelic it’s SUPER hard to learn. Worse than russian
I love your reactions for this show. However, if you are triggered by abuse, sexual assault, torture etc., you should not watch this show.

I agree with you both, but I admit I had to binge-watch after some very crude episodes to overcome the impression

are you planning on watching The last of us?
I literally came here to comment this. Season's almost over I really hope she reacts to it
