After an exhausting year and a half search (at least), we looked at this model (as it arrived early Thursday) at the Florida RV Supershow in Tampa with Darren from Alliance and Kevin from Blue Compass, great guys! And we believe it's the one for us! We believe it's done perfectly for it's size and weight for a (4 years and counting) full time couple such as ourselves, needs nothing! What do you tow with?
Picked ours up last week and are already three days into a camping trip. Love the layout and space for my wife and I and our three pups! Easy to tow and set up was done in under fifteen minutes.
King bed option would make this an unbelievable under 30’ choice. Great job Alliance!

We placed out order with Blue Compass RV, word is we should have it in March. We’re super excited. One question, is there anyway to add the silverware drawer in the kitchen like you have in the 262rb? I know the drawers are narrower in the 252, maybe a smaller version of that silverware drawer could be added to the 252? Also would love to see the pantry door open toward the entry door. And struts on those upper cabinets.
everyone in the comments just needs to build their own RV since they are such experts!!!! Put all those features you have to have and see if it can still be under 30' and light enough to tow!!!
Went through this model today at the Tampa Super Show. It is a fantastic layout. Great floor space.
The standard 4 dinette (the vid shows 2😂) could have been maximized wall to wall to gain the camp window. We use the overhead storage as a pantry. Pantry below the TV or no TV would help. The 3 seater is an upgrade over a 2. Great job!
Pantry needs rolling shelves. You'll never get to the back of it. TV is up to high as well. Awning could be longer or a second one to cover both doors
The first one we were going to buy had a weld on the rear slide support that wasn't supposed to be there, wasn't painted at all, and was a lousy, lousy weld. The dealer agreed. The one they transferred in for us, when you closed the slide it hit the smoke alarm. It mangled the slide trim, pushed up on the detector and roof until it finally cleared. PDI at alliance is obviously lacking. That was enough for us to pass on Alliance. If they miss major items, imagine what else they missed.
We had already purchased ours before we noticed the problem with the smoke detector hitting the slide out. I moved it over a half inch and luckily it covered up the old holes unfortunately it did damage the corner of the slide out Trim. I brought it to alliances attention and they basically said “oh well.”
Nice features but would love to see more clothing storage in bedroom like a closet/dresser slide. Also consider lengthening the awning to cover the bedroom door. Tank sizes?

Great floor plan. Center upper of the couch needs to fold down for arm rest/ tv tray. Needs bigger oven with smaller lower drawer. When will these be available at dealers?
We’ve had our 252rl for a couple months now. Just finished a month long trip across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California.
One thing I wish you guys could change is adding a water pump switch in the bathroom. It’s pretty annoying having to open the front cargo and moving my gear to flip the switch or opening both doors just to use the bathroom while traveling.
Why not just leave the switch on? Is it not a Pressure sensing on-off pump?😉
@@johnalbury3320 yes it is. However while traveling water moves a lot. The pump will run continuously to try and keep the lines pressurized. No leaks in my lines, I checked. The switch in the storage area is pretty useless. Only seems to be convenient for the spray ports, which I never use. Bathroom would be much more practical for most owners of this floor plan.
Also it just not safe to leave a water pump on while bouncing down the road. Faucets can turn on inside the coach, a water line can come loose, if the pump is on you’ll have full tanks by the time you get where you’re going or worse a flooded rig.

almost perfect... If possible, Id love to see the pantry and table swapped. I'm a camp side window buyer. So many RV's made without the best view. Bedroom ward slide too.
nice floor plan i would suggest pull down steps for bedroom entry door and a 21" oven...
i just have one Q....for 252rl and the 262rb... the 90g grey tank. Is it divided equally between the kitchen and the shower (45g each) or one larger than the other?

We love the floor plan. In fact, we placed an order to get one built. A few questions. Are there any production changes to the 252rl after the video was made? We hope one of the changes is the awning will cover both doors. Especially if it is raining and the bathroom is occupied. Thanks.
For those who don’t need an outdoor grill, would it be possible to move the pantry to other side of dinette and have another camp side window. Also, would like to see lighter cabinets. Not necessarily white. Another suggestion is no pull down steps in bedroom, just pull out under floor steps. (Don’t need the intrusion in the bedroom. Otherwise nice rv!
It would be a winner, winner chicken dinner if it had at least solid surface counter top in the kitchen.
The data sheet on the website says this is 35’ 3” and 10,400lbs dry.
Warning
Only a 45 gal fresh water tank. We bought this unit and are using it for the first time. We are dry camping and are out of fresh water but have plenty of capacity in the black and 2 gray tanks. There is no way to add water to the tank from a jug as the fill port is the same as the city water port you just turn a valve to divert the water. I wish we would have realized this before we bought it because we wouldn’t have.
I was able to use the built in winterizing transfer hose to add water to the tank. Maybe it was designed for that also, but the dealer showed it to us to be used for winterizing.
Short hose into a container of water, turn diverter to tank fill and turn on pump. Water pump should draw it into the tank.
Questions:
how do you keep the doors open and are there screen doors?
There are screen doors. There is a lock to the main door if you want to keep them open. Or if you want just the screen, it separates from the main door with a different lever and locks into place keeping the bugs out.
Not a fan of the Barbie oven. And weal clothes storage
