Ann is a sweetheart and I think she is the closest person in the party to represent the messages the game is trying to convey and in every hard situation she is always the one that has her heart in the right place. Its no wonder that regardless of who you romance Ann is always gonna be the first one to take the initiative to form that group to help you at the end of the game.

Some of the romance are hard to reject because you feel like an ass. Like it always hard for me to reject Ann or Yoshizawa when I try to go a specific route. Not because they are my favs but because of the situation and how frontly they go for it. Makoto for exemple I never felt bad rejecting her because she didn't really confess directly. But damn Yoshisawa I felt really bad during my ng+
P5R was so hard for me because other than Futaba, Kasumi and Makoto none of the girls showed romantic interest in Joker so going from 0 to 100 in the romance with each girl felt weird. At least in P4 it was hinted that all the girls were at least somewhat crushing on the MC (Rise was straight up simping day 1)
I remember this scene - every other character the game makes it *very* clear when taking the "love or friendship" question. So I expected that to be the same case hear and needed to reload because while I like Anne I like basically every character and ultimately among the romance options she is rather low on the totem pole.
I hate how chat always hype the streamer to go harem, often without them knowing how bad it is. The games really make a point out of telling you how much of an a&%hole you are for doing it. And it's fair, because the theme of Persona is the importance of relationships. And by the time you get your just deserves, you're already many more hours into it and end up having to keep going despite regretting it. It doesn't matter for people who don't care much about the characters, but for those who do it feels really bad.
@@Chopchopok Keep in mind the game only gives you a year to do whatever you wanna do. As far as progression towards romance goes, I like to think Kasumi's is the most natural. A pity you get to actually romance her way too late into the effing game.
