Not "85,000 feet" but 8,500 feet. ;-) Also, Machu Picchu isn't as high as most think (at 8,000 and lower in the Sacred Valley), though Cusco is much higher (and my CPAP worked fine there at 11,000).

Yes, most machines are 110V to 240V. You mainly need the wall adapter, absolutely!
