Hello again, question about Howitzers on tanks and other vehicles, do they have the same 6 to hit as the howitzer artillery? Thanks

only if you shoot the howitzer indirectly. Just like the artillery howitzers, you choose whether to fire direct or indirect. Just be sure you check the range because though your range is loner firing Indirect, you have a minimum range to deal with that you don't have to worry about if firing directly.
