I found GOLD under this painted stool! 🤯

For today’s DIY project…I wanted to makeover this stool for a friend of mine. She let me have whatever creative freedom I wanted so I wanted to see what was under all this thick black paint! Low and behold...SOLID WOOD! WOOHOO!!

Ohhh GREAT point about the brass wire brush, thank you, I've never heard that before and ACTUALLY I don't think I ever used a wire brush after stripping paint off all the pieces I did, just went straight into sanding after the pieces fully dried after using the stripper. They all turned out great but in the future, I'll add this step !!!!! I already posted a comment about this stool from the 'short' video you made but I'll say it again......beautiful job girl, absolutely LOVE IT !!! 😅😅❤❤

Now girl, I knew there was wood under all that paint - I think this chair was an old vanity chair. Love, love, love all your refinishing tips, as well as the hemp oil - and the bone inlay pattern is such a good choice.
