Do i have to put back the original belly pan? Mine is missing and I just want to install the panzer plate and skip putting back the original plastic belly pan.
No, but if you still have one we recommend reinstalling it. We designed the Panzer to work in conjunction with the factory belly pan in the interest of stabilizing the side skirts, airflow and heat management, and keeping things clean and quiet.

Would this fit an audi A3 3.2 Quattro, 8P chassis?
Yes, but the upper holes need to be enlarged a bit on at least one forward mounting bracket. Totally doable, unsupported by us.
