Gamechanger to travel with friends! We met our travel besties (from Michigan!) in Washington. Similar situation - adults and kids alike all bonded instantly! Picked up another fabulous family in Moab and now we have a triad traveling together ❤️

I am a kindergarten teacher, married to an IT guy, with a ten-year-old daughter. I am so envious of your lifestyle. We upgraded our travel trailer to a 2021 Grand Design Imagine. Something neat to add to your list, Dinosaur National Monument in northwest Colorado! See all the dinosaur bones where they were found! It's the coolest place my husband and I have have ever been in 30 years of marriage 😉 We loved it so much, we took our kids back to see it when they were big enough.
I can 100% say that this 2022 trip would not have been the same without you guys!!! I know for us and the kids y'all and the Lyon's will be considered life long friends!!!I can't wait till we can all be together!!! Love y'all!!!! ❤️
Could you guys do a best campsites/rv parks to stay at? Or a our top favorite places to stay? Just looking at buying. Big family of 14 but just the 5 youngest are still home. Trying to decide where to go
100% we also do the Zillow thing when we're out and about. We recently went to Eureka Springs and we had Zillow out the whole time we were walking through the neighborhoods.
We love to drive around neighborhoods, too!! We also visit libraries, Capitols, and then museums nearby. We did this when are kids were with us and always learned something. I just found your channel and I am enjoying your videos.
Love checking out neighborhoods and using Zillow! We also thrift shop......you never know what you may find that you don't really need, but can't pass up!!
Well, we were going to be in Tampa, but unfortunately we are sidelined for a while. Our motorhome is in the shop waiting for a new engine. We are stranded at our home base in Tennessee in our cabin for anywhere from 4-8 months due to supply issues getting the new engine. :(

We never camped last year and having a 5th wheel we wanted to get it wet so to speak but it was just parked in our driveway. We want to make weekend and a week away but don't know where to start. We will be celebrating our 25 yrs married end of June. So tell me how to start our weekend getaways and to pick a week near a beach or something else nice for food fun and relaxing?! Starting in Ohio area. But as far as Michigan or Carolina's.
There's a lot of awesome camping in Michigan! Our trip up to the UP in summer 2021 was amazing. Maybe plan a week up that way after everything thaws out ;)
@@erinnesslage I have some books by "local" authors that I would never have gotten. We went to a bookstore in Minneapolis that is owned by Louise Erdrich. She was in the store that day. I have a picture of her and me. My partner says she thought I had met Santa Claus. Now I have signed books.

It’s amazing what stock Jeeps can do! Ours is stock also and we’ve done some pretty amazing trails in Sedona.

Capitols and museums are great too! We love finding museums and botanical gardens that focus on local stuff.

I like driving down the downtowns of places we go bc that is where most historic houses are located so kinda the same thing 😉
Yes! Exploring small towns and large cities alike is a ton of fun! We frequently head into larger cities after dark to see them all lit up 😉

We went to all those places! I think it was probably 30 years ago! Lobed it! Not so commercial then as I’m sure it is now!

Always!! We love and hate this at the same time because we will find something wonderful that we will never find again!
We have found some amazing regional treats! It was great doing another lap this past year because we were able to have some of them again :)

Our new rig is a 2019 Fleetwood Discovery LXE 44B - we LOVE it! There are a lot of great options out there for a family of 4.
