I have a TF. I am doing the inner work of meditating, healing, etc., and have been for several months in solitude since he left for another. I surrender each day to the Divine. I live my life. I am fine. If he comes back, okay. If not, okay. If he is still with the karmic, okay. If not, okay, too. If I think of him, okay. If not, okay. He and I are old now. I am feeling peaceful and beginning to return to spending time with family, friends, activities, my music, etc., etc., I am more peaceful than I was the four years we were together since I don't have to deal with his pulling away. No time for a soulmate either. Your concise, to the point, no bs videos have been helpful. Your book is a gem. I am okay. Lol.😁🙏💕
Love all your soul family videos 🤍 The best thing I could tell anyone struggling with this journey is that the pure energy felt and attributed to the relationship was just you experiencing your true nature as abundance, love, and joy. Instead of grieving, shaming, pining, and ruminating in the physical absence of the relationship, tap into that frequency and feel it in your cells and chakras. Bring that high vibrational frequency into the now. And just keep doing that as you live your life in whichever way transpires. When the loneliness surfaces again and the mind gets loud with the pain, repeat the process. Remember who you are.🤍🦋

I’ve contemplated this before. Maybe twin flames are the most stubborn to wake up so they need this kind of smack in the face torture to shake them out of the matrix.
I have often said and believe.. he and I both were quite literally unbreakable… until we met each other 😂😅
My TF worked in an environment that: believed in numerology, planetary influences, superstition, etc. in addition: they were hypocrites, older people were rude to younger ones. no personal culture. (I don't claim to have it). I really don't care about this type of spiritualistic awakening. my world is simpler: when I say yes, it means yes. I don't have to repeat it 4 times. (apparently it means activity and truth)😵💫

I've had a similar theory, but about core wounds. I believe that, for some, the core wound (in my case, unlovability) is so...sticky...that they need to encounter themselves in a form they can't help but love, and are then forced to learn to love themselves and truly understand what they are. I know for me, it wasn't until I met my TF that I was truly able to access---and heal!---my core wound. Before that all I could do, after years of shadow work and spiritual work mind you, was uncover it and hover around it like a drone lol. I wasn't able to actually heal it, until now.

So this is why I feel like a crazy person , being inexplicably drawn to him even though there is so much “ trauma” going on around me and him. It’s one of the hardest things I have ever been through regarding a connection. My soulmate was the romanticised relationship.
My twin flame was a diagnosised sociopathic narcissist. We had a child that has the same disorder. I know this person is my twin flame for a fact beyond a shadow of a doubt due to the spiritual experiences we had and he told me in a dream state visitation after he crossed.
Love it. You know it’s real if you’d do practically • ANYTHING • to get out of it. 😂 Otherwise…

Explained from a 3D pov, every incarnation of your soul is you. It's called tf only when you happen to incarnate as two entities at the same time. So no, we don't all have tf.
I believe we all have a twin flame and we all incarnate at the same time , but we meet or recognize them only if we are evolved enough and ready for it. If I incarnated here , my twin did the same because we are the same soul.
@@ant13d I used to believe something similar in the beginning but my life compared to others has always been very different so I think it´s very unlikely that everyone has a twin. In retrospective my whole life had to do with meeting my twin like a red thread that led me to him. Everyone has soulmates and I think that many people who claim to be together with their twin are actually together with a soulmate

.. and as romantic as the term "twin flame" might sound.... i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy... after that, you literally realize what it's all about.. and for some reason it doesnt quite fullfill you anymore being with anybody else than them... or.. your self. Which is practically the same but not physically the same 😅 it just makes you realize it all depends on you ... always.. and that there is no such thing as "the other" ...that can be really devastating at Times.. especially if you want this Kind of love in the 3d realm.. realizing.. you are your only true love.. thats a hard pill to swallow. On the flipside it allows you to grow more , than you have ever grown before... it makes you look at all the things youve been trying to hide from yourself, realizing.. there has never been anything but you. - but that... is really hurtful for the ego ... since there is no one else to blame anymore. I love my twin,... but he is the best and the "worst" thing that has ever happened to me... so if you are lookin for this Disney type love... enjoy the first 3 months and then run for your life 😅... or get yourself a soulmate and be fine with that. ~ if you wanna grow and realize you are everything... go ahead.. you will ✨️

This made me wonder, Is a TF always considered beneficial? Many people stay in the runner-chaser dynamic it seems which would negate their progress.

The world would be a happier place to think that we come in pairs than not. Thank you for your informative videos, and I feel like you understand a lot. I'm sure everyone would love to know that. It does not make sense to desire something at an innate level and there would be no answer to that. I know it would make people feel more connected to their higher self to think they have a Twinflame. They are the best partner to bring someone closer to their higher self.
no it wouldn´t cause ascension does also take place without a twin flame, a twin is just one option to trigger an awakening and they are not your ultimate one and only super duper lover although it feels like this. This feeling is just a bait in my opinion so you stay tuned and keep ascending and healing into unconditional love
If we have awoken and advanced spiritually on our own, going thru healing process and know who we are, and we live our life daily like that, with love and compassion for all beings, innerstanding that we are all One Self, as pure consciousness, unconditional love…there will be no need for a twin? great explained. and I will never know who this man was. But 20 years ago, a "fortune teller" predicted a twin to me and my partner. only we thought it was about our children. Oh no. I could even point out the person who is my partner's TF but I keep her away😊 the age difference between them is the same as mine. This is an interesting story because my stubborn ego prevented me from having a deeper relationship with my alleged TF or from meeting my friend with my partner. I'm terrible. universe needs to arrange all this in a more ethical way😜 kisses to universe.

If the purpose of a twin is to remind us that we are the universe then why is it often so painful? This really confuses me.
Its painful because you’re in your ego. You are seeing the other person as separate from you. You believe you need them to complete you or they are mirroring your own subconscious wounds. It isn’t painful anymore after you surrender and embrace the experience for exactly what it is. It is an opportunity to see yourself in another form. Your oneness is reflected back to you in another.🤍

I would like to share my personal experience and maybe help someone else find answers. I am not a native english speaker so I apologize in advance. So, I have been struggling a lot last 5 years since meeting my twin cause 3d and 5d just dont match. I have doubted this connection so many times, called myself crazy, that I am imagining things etc, generally doubting what I feel energetically beacuse my twins behaviour in 3d has nothing to do with the energy I feel is coming from him. I did many tarot readings but doubted them as well. Finally I decided to do a astrology synastry chart reading for me and my twin to see whats going on,am I imagining things or not. Wanted to know what planets have to say. Synastry chart showed really that me and my twin have a connection that is out of this world, confirmed that we are really compatible with each other, close, that there is sexual chemistry and that my twin feels this as well but he at this moment doesnt have the need to show that to me. So astrology confirmed that I am not imagining things and it even showed that I met him in order to reveal new layers of my character, that he is a very important person for me in this life. He, on the other hand, loves his freedom and in one way fears that he will loose this freedom if he ends up together with me. So this finally gave me peace, I am in peace now knowing that I am not crazy. I consider astrology very accurate and now all I have to do is to sit and observe how will planets and its moving affect me and my twins 3d situation. So, for everyone who wants I would suggest to do the synastry. To me it was a game changer and I accept the energy that I feel coming from him easier since I know whats going on for real. This gave me finally peace. Wish you all peace as well. ❤

I agree that everyone does not have a twin flame. However, I have a question which I don’t know if I can articulate well, but I’ll try. Is it possible that someone who has always questioned the meaning of life, has gone through internal suffering, met quite a few soulmates, and karmic soulmate in their life are the ones that also manifest a twin in their current lifetime? I’m sure there are no “rules” but I don’t think that a person who is generally happy, and less “complex” in their mind will manifest a twin. They don’t need one right?
Unfortunately I cannot answer that because my Ego does not know what you as the universe, decided you "need" in this incarnation.
I feel like my twin needed me to learn his lessons. I had already been doing the work on myself since a young age. I first met him last summer at 24. Now im 25 and acheived union with myself in october. Sometimes when you dont need a twin you still get one? Can the runner twin acheive inner union without the chaser?

I'm saying since I started my healing work first I'm inferring that we were pushed together so he could begin healing as well. Definitely not trying to seem like I'm above him and know what's best.
