This scene is one of the best scenes in any movie or show in my opinion. They filmed and directed it so well and it had my emotions all over the place. The way it shows everyone looking for her but with no sound at all except for her voice…it gave me chills. Mellissa’s performance in this scene left me speechless, it was absolutely incredible.

Having Lucy sing overlayed with them racing to find her was PERFECTION.
That whole time I could hear the sirens the vehicle the rocks kicking up with the dirt they're hearts racing the whole time while she was singing
Literally it made the emotions more heightened

@@JanetBrown-uu8bj she went unconscious, not dead yet. If she was dead, Bradford would not have been able to resuscitate her. Her heart must've stopped not long before they found her..

I need The Rookie to get back to this type of writing and directing. The goofiness is great and gives it a great tone but this was the best season by far!!!

It’s not that it’s totally bad but the tone is different and the storylines are stretched to me. But I enjoy the series still!

@@xmagdic6897 goofiness as in the silly tone and less terrifying, dramatic storylines. They've consistently made the dangerous stories less plausible and less serious. But take my opinion with a grain of salt because it's just mine, you are welcome to your own.
And what do the series' couples have to do with what I said? Actually curious about the connection you made there..
