But with in one month it came down to 42 and 35, so yes you can control it. you first have to diagnose what is causing this, I had done my USG and found out that I have NFALD grade 1 which was causing issue, I have changed my diet and started exercising like (running, walking and weight lifting), I have lost 3 kg in a month and although I am not obese but still have to loose weight in order to remove fat from the liver. Aug 17: Sgpt 2655.20 Sgot 984 ALP 304 Indirect Bilirubin 9.90 direct biliburin 365 Aug 31: Sgpt is 1490.90 Sgot is 696.22 ALP 194.04 indirect Bilirubin 36.40 direct biliburin 257 I also got whole abdomen and rectal contrast CT scan Aug 21 and the said findings all my organs are normal and the liver but my gallbladder impression : contracted gallbladder . Thickened walls, likely due to an inflammatory process. Suggest clinical correlation and laboratory parameters.

Hi Mine, SGPT and SGOT was 172 and 139. But with in one month it came down to 42 and 35, so yes you can control it. you first have to diagnose what is causing this, I had done my USG and found out that I have NFALD grade 1 which was causing issue, I have changed my diet and started exercising like (running, walking and weight lifting), I have lost 3 kg in a month and although I am not obese but still have to loose weight in order to remove fat from the liver. Bro i reduced sgpt from60 to 28in just 40days...
Avoid sugar red meat and fried food... Eat more veg and fruits.. Reduce carbohydrates.. Eat daily kariku(tender cocunut) exercise daily..... You can reduce it within a month
Also avoid drinking and smoking for better results
