Heart wrenching to see, so glad that the people thought so quickly to stop the poor lad from choking. I hope he's safe and stable now. also let's all hope that such lethal forms of escapism don't become his crutch forever. He's bound have so much potential and so many unrealised dreams. I hope he's allowed to find them.
Very well said mate. Thank you 🙏
Well done mate capturing this, the reality of drugs amongst the homeless (especially spice) isn't pretty...
Shame on the people selling it to the vulnerable. Thanks for watching mate 👍
@@AdikiaMedia Damn right, keep up the great work ..
@@snakeman9902 thank you mate 👏🏻
It's gotta be something other than cannabinoids that they put in Spice. Ain't never seen nobody on cannabis twitching like that, it's horrific. Glad you got the guy the help he needed, man.
That was so sad well done to the people helping him people should see what happens glad you filmed it just hope the boy gets the help he needs god love him he im sure is worth much more so so sad.
Well said Joan, thank you for your comment 🫶
This is exactly what the people need to see more. Keep the footage coming. Good job.
Descrace government.
The government did not make them smoke spice
He’s fine on his tummy , his airways protected .
Thank you for filming this , the reality of drug abuse isn’t pretty .
Thanks for letting me know Heather 🫶
I've seen this happen when I lived in Nottingham we was out shopping, two lads were stood near a bus shelter smoking, one collapsed like this shaking ect, the Ambulance came, the lad died on the pavement that day. The paramedics fought to save him , the second lad apon hearing his friend was dead, he crossed over the road and was smoking more spice! The police did grab him, it was a hell of a sight to watch someone die and his friend only cared about more drug.
So sad that this drug is gripping people, killing people and destroying their lives. Shame on the people who sell it too
What's equally shocking and sad is the 'no reaction of the other homeless people. It's there normality.
The government giving £3000 to send illegal immigrants out of the country. Sorry. We need to look after our own first.
The other homeless were totally unconcerned about the situation. I couldn’t believe it. Until I got there nobody was doing anything to be honest. The police man was an absolute waste of time too. The security guard and the bloke on the phone to the ambulance were the real heroes.
@@AdikiaMedia I agree. Security and paramedics were the heroes.
Keep the 'content coming. Hopefully with more 'likes and word of mouth these 'social problem's will get into the 'spotlight more and more. ✌️
@@normanmcdonald6924 totally agree. Thank you Norman 👍
Druggy people are totally selfish, get real.
That's Liam Cromby on the phone, he's a musician from Essex who's dads a scouser.
Well done to the people who called for an ambulance. Whatever anyone's opinions are about the lad on the floor. He is a young man who is someone's son...Hope he made a full recovery.
Shocking that someone makes these drugs just to make money and sad that people value themselves so much little that they take them. How cold society has become.
Hate the way there all just at their tents! 🤬💔😪
I don’t know if it’s because they’re so used to this or they’re just completely high and out of it, but it was shocking. They failed their friend in my opinion
I'm from the wirral mate breaks me heart all this! 💔😪 Nice 1 to all that did bother to help him! 👌
@@cherylmolyneux1186 I want to get over to Wirral soon I’ve heard it’s quite bad over there too
😢😢
That's an overdose. Don't know what. Could be spice, meth, crack, heroine, speedballing.. That security guard has done the right thing. Not sure if narcan is legal here but it's needed. The problem with intervening is you can be sued or jailed if you don't follow protocol.. That made me not redo my first aid.
The other homeless guy said it was spice, but it may have been laced with something else. The security guard was a hero.
@@AdikiaMediaspice is ALWAYS laced. That's the nature of the beast. It's all chemicals. No natural substances in it whatsoever. The government bans the compound so they make a new one that is more potent but still legal, that gets banned and they do it again.. Rinse and repeat. You have to consider in that game it's as simple as supply and demand. Where there's a demand there will always be someone willing to supply and they don't give a toss about your well being because all they want is a lavish lifestyle while skirting the law at everyone else's expense. Spice is now probably one of the worst epidemics this country will ever experience. Far worse than all the other drugs.
That is disgusting
Well done agin for trying to show us comfy folk this side of things - some people just cant be helped in time…i hope his mum and dad dont see this…not much chance but u know what I mean
I know what you mean. I was unsure whether to upload this but as you say, I think it’s important we see this side of things. How can we fix problems we can’t see otherwise
There’s a part of me that’ hopes they do. Because NO one ends up in this state without a helping hand down the spiral.
It’s so so sad 😢
Brought this on him self drug user
I know I can googleit but wtf is spice …is it ‘meant’ to be a cannibis substitute or is it another insane pharmaceutical thing like fentanyl?
I suppose it is a cannabis substitute, cheaper, I think. It’s a Synthetic cannabinoid, but god knows what’s added to it.
@@AdikiaMedia - so to answer my own question ‘It’s both’.
Cheaper than weed…..ridiculous
@@naradaian yeah I think so, I also think anything else could be added to it that know one knows about. It’s scary
Spice is is a synthetic cannabis normally made in China and smuggled into the country. During lockdown the problem did decrease as obviously it couldn’t be smuggled as easily but it’s really on the rise again. It doesn’t smell like cannabis either it has a horrid chemical smell.
He's literally dying here while the world fawns over the middle east.... Charity starts at home....
