I feel like I really can trust you, just because of your energy which feels so safe, I literally feel like home! I'm struggling with a relapsing, I already have like a lot knowledge but I couldn't act on it, but you help me so much just to feel safe and I feel that you really care about us here, which gives me so much power and makes me stronger. Thank you thank you !

I've been in recovery for a month now, and it's been hard. I was seriously about to relapse again because of the bloating and the fat on my stomach (it's just so triggering I swear), but your video is helping 💜 It's so weird because I feel like I'm gaining so much and so fast, but I need to trust my body and accept it. I've read or heard somewhere something that I keep repeating myself "all the weight/fat that you're gaining back in recovery is weight/fat that you shouldn't have lost to begin with". It makes it easier to accept when I'm having bad days. Love your videos! 💜I'm gonna go make myself lunch now 👊💪

believe me when I say that it's not 'fat' on your stomach. In the beginning of recovery (especially the first two months you will hold more water weight). Your body is trying to adjust itself again. And if you feel fat remember that you're really not. You are starting to give your body what it needs. something that helped me in recovery was to get some distraction while feeling bloated like watching netflix, gaming or drawing.
      good luck x

aud. I couldn't relate to this anymore. It makes you feel so alone because you don't understand why your gaining weight on this amount of calories. Things like this make me feel so much better because not even the professionals explain this to you and it makes your mind go crazy. Knowing that your going through the same thing as someone else and that there is light at the end of the tunnel is so reassuring. Professionals don't always help with the advice they give.

All I can say is have as much fun and good feelings because they will help. You go girl!! I went from over exercising to no exercising at all. And now I train up to 6/7 times a week with a good schedule (calisthenics). Believe me when I say everything is possible. Only if you believe in yourself

The metabolism thing really hit home. That is my main concern during recovery, and especially since I’m back to the weight I was pre Ed and I’m still not eating enough due to lack of hunger. But after this video I think what will kick in my metabolism will be to eat a lot more. I haven’t had extreme hunger but I think my body is still scared to give me proper hunger signals. So I’m going to try eating a lot more these next few days, and see how my body reacts, I have a strong feeling that it will kick in my bodies hunger. Thank you so much, you’ve really inspired me to eat whatever I want even if I’m not hungry.

@@hana4860 hi sweetie. I'm doing better. Don't worry about that. Those people are silly. You will feel better just like I'm feeling better now. It is not a signal of a binge eating disorder. It feels out of control because your body and your mind are in a fight against each other. But they will make peace. The only thing that actually helped me (but it's different to everyone) was not forcing me or being strict or anything but to be understanding and then finding out what was behind all of this kind of self destructive behaviours. This kind of behaviours are so harsh on you, starving yourself, harming your body against all its needs, let it die slowly...it always has something really dark behind it even if you cannot see it now. Try fiding out what that might be (with help).

Hi lovely. I'm goling through the weight gain process at the moment early days and gaining on a small amount of calories, approximately 1000, but the aim is to get me to 2500. Have had to go slowly because I've had re-feeding syndrome twice and so is it that you don't really get hyper-metabolism until you get higher than this? I shouldn't expect hyper-metabolism until I get approx another 500-100 calories? Please let me know if this is right, stressing right now. Just haven't even experienced the hyper-metabolism yet.

@@recoveredbakes3675 I understand that really, but it was helpful for someone to believe you. Because when u only show your face, some people think you only talk about recovery etc.. and your fuller face its from binging and purging (NOT THAT I ASPECT THAT !) but there are some stupid guys in the world. so if you wold show your body some times a week in your story on insta maybe it would help.

Jule Stewing I don’t need to “prove” anything to anyone, if that’s what they want to believe then they can. It doesn’t effect me in anyway, Me, my family and those who truly know me know the real me and know that I’m a 100% in recovery, You shouldn’t want to see my body, that is only to compare lovely.
It wouldn’t help anyone and I don’t need the comments or validation on my body. Eating disorders are way more then how you look Hope this doesn’t sound rude ❤️ x
