Honestly don’t even get me started on how they changed the characters 😂 since I was literally a toddler anxious was my fav and I still have all the og teddies and I just can’t place how it’s offensive! Makes me sad too because I’ve seen a couple videos where young kids are still calling Annie anxious so it just seems like a pointless change if you ask me! Loved the vlog tho ❤

I had restrictive anorexis for a whole year and hospitalised for 3 months last summer. I relapsed to my lowest weight since recharge and doctor advised me to go hospital again if my weight cannot go up. I struggled to gain weight but I am so anxious about my tummy gain. I cannot sleep well and sometimes cannot focus on my lesson. seeing u clips are so encouraging. Congrats for your new born baby. Thanks I hope I can get well same as u did We have so much in common started AN 16 yrs old. Anxiety, OCD symptoms, perfectionlist. quasi recovery still thinking a lot on calories. compensating behavior and depression. Too afraid of gaining weight. Better after seeing yr clips

I eat like alot of sweets and chocolates every night cause that's literally all I crave but i feel like i'm binging because sometimes i don't feel hungry but i still end up eating alot and fast, and then i end up having a mental breakdown for allowing myself, i find myself forcefully starving myself again and this overwhelming cycle goes on. i dont know what to do :((

I don't think you need to have had extreme anorexia to feel this night hunger. I'm not underweight, and I eat normally during the day but I can't stop eating after 6pm.

Ik this video is old but I’ll try anyways. What if I used to be a boredom/stress eater before I developed ana? And that also the the reason why I developed it. Is it possible to have a mix of extreme hunger and binging because my old habits are coming back? I also feel that it was extreme hunger at first, but now I want to eat maybe just to numb out the emotions this situation makes me feel. I’m so scared

I am so happy for you!! I watched all of your old anorexia recovery videos so this is great to see. I am currently 6 months pregnant after anorexia/ Ed recovery for 20ish years. I also got married then pregnant right away. But I am not weighing, eating whatever I want intuitively, and completely stopped working out per what my body wants. I would love to see videos on your pregnancy and post pregnancy!

I recovered from my ed in 2019 and fell pregnant June 2020🥹 it’s the most magical thing❤️

It’s so wonderful to see you so happy and living the beautiful life you deserve with your loved ones around you ❤ I remember I used to watch your all-in videos during recovery and you were so encouraging for me. Unfortunately my recovery has been very messy with a lot of relapses and for anyone watching who might need to hear this: the eating disorder is not worth it. I look at how far you’ve come Emma and it makes me so sad for me. The eating disorder steals life. You’re absolutely right, I could not have a baby now, or getting married, or planning a wedding. The eating disorder doesnt let me do anything new pretty much because it only feels safe to do the same thing everyday. Recovery is really hard, it’s really uncomfortable. But following your Instagram and watching this video, I know that life with an eating disorder is much much harder.
