@@pikachuthunderbolt3919 True , You can do solo travelling mostly in european countries and certain countries in asia like east asian or many south east asians ones but trying it in India especially in states like bihar or jharkhand or even MP for that matter is not safe. Same goes for south american countries that can be unsafe especially if you don't speak local language and stand out as a foreigner but this applies to both men & women

This is quite encouraging but people will have to make judgments on their own when it comes to traveling alone. The circumstances can be quite unpredictable…. Look at what happened to some of the girls who went to the Israel music festival before the conflict started. It’s quite disturbing what happened there

AND the last thing, that despite such conservative family, she is doing this because she is financially independent and therefore no one in her family can stop her even if they want to, just like my sister's case. Once my sister joined IT sector and started earning, no knew dared to say anything even if they wanted to !!!

The country Solely functioning due to aid, it's long way from being self-sufficient.
A state functions placing economy before it. It's like a horse to cart.
Economically speaking:
Educating a small group of elites preferably males is more economical to them in their current crisis. A male from each family would then be allowed to venture in foreign countries and forge relations and economic ties, which women may face hurdle with.
Ideologically, Co-education of Adults is Haraam. Add to that Education and Skill procurement are two separate terms altogether. Thus technically they aren't against education but rather skill imparting institutions which involve themselves in free mixing of both genders.
Lack of infrastructure, insufficient faculty, Natural resources, travel bans, all add to situation.
Thus, they scrapped the existing expenditure which may not yeild results. And limited education to home schooling. One can dream but you do need money to an extent to full fill it.
