Excellent recipe...I tried out today and came out to be hit..I bought 2kgs of quinoa for my mom but she wasn't liking the taste and started searching recipes and got your's....Everybody loved it in my family...Super tasty and healthy too...Thanks for the recipe
Great experience trying this. Came out excellent. Although it felt very much a dosa, it had its unique taste as well. Seems like a great alternative for rice based dosas. The family thoroughly enjoyed it.
Here's the verdict for the Dosa recipe..... It's super awesome in taste as well as health. Comes out crisp and amazing dosa and most importantly comes out neat clean and crisp without oil too....I tried both dosa as well as uttapam and my family just loved it. Thanks for sharing. ❤👍💐 Love and regards, Juhi

Yes, you can use any other dal. It shouldn't turn sour for 1-2 days in refrigerator. After you transfer the batter into bowl for use for that time, put the rest into refrigerator.
I just tried this recipe and it tastes too good. Goes well with any chutney. Definitely a healthier and yummy version of dosa.
Great to know you liked it! Thank you so much!

Absolutely! It can be stored in the fridge

No Navane is foxtail millet.
The pan you used seems to be iron, how does your dosa not stick to it?
You need to season cast iron before using. It will give an almost non stick finish. There are many videos on youtube on the same.

Why we need to drain water? Don't you think it will loose the nutrients.
As it may turn the batter bitter.
