    I just tried this recipe and it tastes too good. Goes well with any chutney. Definitely a healthier and yummy version of dosa.

    Thank you for this recipe! It turned out to be amazing, no different than a regular dosa in taste & texture. Packed with protein, this was a guilt-free treat for me today. ❤

    Great experience trying this. Came out excellent. Although it felt very much a dosa, it had its unique taste as well. Seems like a great alternative for rice based dosas. The family thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Here's the verdict for the Dosa recipe..... It's super awesome in taste as well as health. Comes out crisp and amazing dosa and most importantly comes out neat clean and crisp without oil too....I tried both dosa as well as uttapam and my family just loved it.

    Can i use anything else instead of urad dal? Also till when can i store this mix? Can i store in the freezer for a longer time?

    • @AlonewithAnkit
      @AlonewithAnkit Місяць тому

      Yes, you can use any other dal.
      It shouldn't turn sour for 1-2 days in refrigerator. After you transfer the batter into bowl for use for that time, put the rest into refrigerator.

    The pan you used seems to be iron, how does your dosa not stick to it?

    • @nishaambu
      @nishaambu Рік тому +1

      You need to season cast iron before using. It will give an almost non stick finish. There are many videos on youtube on the same.

      @CulinaryAromas  Рік тому +1

      Yes pls season it after wash by heating and spreading oil until fumes come
