Thanks for the guide! I pulled her alongside Weeping Cradle. Thinking of putting her on a team with Ellen, maybe "Rina, Soukaku(c6), Ellen" or "Rina, Anby, and Ellen". Wasn't able to pull Lycaon so I can't make the ideal Ellen ice team. Also have Soldier 11 so I might use her for my second team, I hear there is a strong combo between Lucy, Piper, and Soldier 11 that focuses on disorder.
You mention you don’t want to use her regular special attack. But it lingers after swap and lasts longer than her basics, which keeps the puppets on field to keep her pen buffs active on your team. Mostly better to swap into her and use special and swap out even if it’s not EX.
oh no, i said that in terms of damage output, as the normal special has dogshit multipliers, for the puppets you can use any of her attack based on the situations, like in the gameplay i myself also use her basics from time to time...

There is a better 4-star W-engine for Rina. So much better than the 3 star or even 4-star one. That is Slice of Time. It has PEN Ratio as substat and it gives more decibels plus energy for Rina when the onfield agent use ex Special, assist etc. IMO, it is the best w-engine for her for f2p players Edit: you also have access to its copies other than pulling.
Yeah I tested that out as well, but for both damage and anomaly buildup, I recommend a energy regen substat wengine, and for the passive, the 12s cooldown, even though it's for each type of attack, the energy gain is not that much...
@@ShoXpress I think you havent understood the effect completely. To maximize Slice of Time effect, you need to do an ex-special, an assist attack and chain attacks in one single rotation. The effect cooldown is separate so you will have enough decibels to cast ultimate. I use it and i always have enough decibles after chain attacks. And i don't have ER probs on Rina. Just remember that you need to maximize her w-engine's effect
Sorry i was sleepy replying to this the first time and i miss the "each type of attack" phrase. I think we are seeing things differently. IMO, you are focusing too much in energy regeneration and neglecting decibels. I also reviewed your video and you said that Rina's Ultimate wont be use that much. I disagree on this one. My talent priority on Rina is Chain attack/Ultimate and Ex-special. On the otherhand, the damage dealer priority would be basic attacks and ex-special (not all, but majority). So the damage of Rina on ultimate would be almost equal or even slightly bigger than the main damage-dealer ultimate and so much bigger on early game. A lot of damage dealer wants to use ex-special so many times so Rina's ultimate is so good for them because it gives 30 energy. It is also good for stun character's because of the energy regen. I maybe wrong because you know, we still lacks information and the game is out for only a week. But as i see it, there will be damage dealers that wouldn't need to use ultimate but would like to use ex-special so many times.
if u check a game called risk of rain....u can find rena inspired by a character called artificer ngl their animation and attack looks pretty same ,really rare to see ppl would design a floating mage this way
Other than floating and shooting stuff, they do not look alike or have any similarities at all! Floating mages isn't a new concept. I could claim Rina is based on Magneto, and it would still be a better match.

Small question does the cap from the buff get increased to 130% at E1? where does the 130% factor in on that buff lol.
