Very easy to follow tutorial! Created my own in only a matter of 9 months!
Haha that’s really funny
@@ardianmici5726 Just slow down the video and you can see the creases (but not the small ones)
this is by far one of the most impressive things i've seen on the internet
I agree
You should look up tubgirl.
Like there is no second or third place on that list ...
You must be new 😁
This deserves a world record for most complex origami
Crazy how the time lapse is still nearly an hour long 🤯 I can’t wait to see what you think of next!
Wait another 2.5 years xD
Me: folding a paper plane. Flies like a small stone, only not in the direction you throw it. Unfolds in 2 secs.
This guy: folding the freakin' facial expressions and wardrobe details of the knights.
You know it has to be good, when the time lapse alone takes 50+ minutes. Excellent work, sir.
i cant even roll a joint half the time...
What a beautiful mind to be able to do this even if you worked at it from nothing. Simply beautiful.
One square is a lot, if you ask me 😄
An absolute wizard of an artist, Juho, you must have the mind of a computer to figure out how to do this. I am amazed. Your characters seem to get more and more complex.
@@Michael-zj3cn Yikes man. What the fuck is wrong with people who comment on UA-cam? I swear these kinds of people can’t exist - or function - in the real world. What a terribly mean thing to say to someone who is simply complimenting the artist in the video.
@@Michael-zj3cn damn you must've been too modern to understand a compliment.
@@Michael-zj3cn autism
@@Michael-zj3cn Imagine roasting people for complimenting someone.
Also talking about understanding the modern world: you just showed an absolute lack of simpathy, empathy and self-awareness. So congrats, you played yourself.
@@Michael-zj3cn Can computers not do any sort of topological simulation required for origami? Seems like maths to me
This is the modern day equivalent to a Monet painting or something, the skill and detail is truly incredible
Better than modern art.
I cannot even begin to understand the talent required to pull this off. Well done!
there are a lot of software for origami design
@@yelltube it took him 2½ years to design. It is serious talent, even with CAD something like this is insane
This is amazing! I genuinely never thought I'd be sitting watching someone fold paper for nearly an hour, but it was fascinating to see it all taking shape. Incredible.
This guy must have a plan and a map on his mind. Incredible what he does.
I struggle with a paper crane and this guy made two warrior heroes duelling. Incredible. Just incredible.
Blew my mind even thinking how did you even model the whole thing. Amazing.
Also, hi everyone from reddit.
Hahaha was waiting for this comment
Hello to everyone who got here from Reddit :)
Hi :D
How in the hell does one conceive of such a project, then pull it off so amazingly?!!! Also « hi »back at you redditers!
hi from reddit, in the future
Hi reddit
Я за 22 года так и не научилась складывать самолётик из листа бумаги, а этот парень СПРОЕКТИРОВАЛ ТАКОЕ, боже правый, аплодирую стоя перед ноутбуком
Bravo! 👏👏👏 Your work should be on display in a museum. Seriously! The amount of painstaking effort to get this kind of detailed result (which is also so great to view from many angles!) is truly impressive and I think you should get more recognition for what you’re doing 😃
I am truely amazed that you can make something so beautiful out of paper.
Wow, the most amazing part of this is that the music still sounds good at 2x speed
The most impressive thing I have seen this year so fat. Hats off.
You must see in intradimentional sight, like the Sword of Omens, cause I cannot even fathom how anyone would start something like this.
This is insane! I can even imagine how is this possible! Truly amazing!
Is there a Nobel Prize for paper folding?
There should be!
A masterpiece worthing its place in a museum
Knowing where to pre fold all in your head without reference is insane!
You can see him looking to the right, probably at some notes/steps
Perfect demonstration of skill and discipline, and here I am watching this instead of studying for my math exam tomorrow
Passion, Dedication and a whole lot of Talent! Congratulations for being as amazing as your figures!
this is absolutely insane, wtf. you're so incredibly talented dude!!
You're absolutely insane ! What an achievement 🤯
I know someone will value this so much as to pay you for your time. I hope you can focus on your art completely and be secure in your moments
They talk about GOATs but this man right here is a different breed!
Fantastic work
You made it to the top of Reddit. Kudos to you.
This is such an incredible feat and your perseverance gives me inspiration. Kudos.
Speechless! How could this be even possible, never tought about such thing. Very impressive
This is absolutely amazing! I can't imagine the practice it took to be able to create such amazing pieces like this!
Maximum respect. Crazy crazy detail.
This is, one of the most tedious and time consuming hobies i've ever scene, Massive props my guy, you deserve all the attention, holy moly
If you watch the video frame-by-frame (you can do this in UA-cam by pausing the image and pressing pediod key near the letter M), you basically get step-by-step instructions to recreate this work. It takes about 72000 (about 50 minutes * 60 seconds * 24 fps) steps to complete the work. That big lego set with 1000 page instruction manual suddenly seems pretty easy.
Hahahaha, finally someone putting it into a perspective! You are not too far off with your calculating, I filmed 78482 frames in total for the time lapse (although some of them were cut off while filming and some in editing, such as me going around the room instead of folding while the camera was filming). The filming alone brought me many challenges and I had to do some compromises to have less interruption in folding and create a time lapse in a manageable way. The piece really has thousands of steps, the pre creasing alone has 5377 individual crease lines, before the square is folded to anything.
Unreal. Excellent work!
Damn that's so complex i can't fathom how hard that will be if I took that on
Congratulations on finishing
Thank you for showing us this work of art. That is truly phenomenal. Wish that was available as a diagram.
This is truly amazing. You are a master!
Absolutely amazing!
You are an fabulous artist. Wish you all the success and luck. what a majestic piece you created.
This is so amazing that there are not any negative comments, kudos
Mesmerizing. Thank you!
Mad props! I never really comment but I felt compelled after witnessing your unbelievable achievement 👏
This video is gonna go VIRAL ! mark my words
And we’ll be one of the first 60 commenters
I can’t even begin to understand how you figured all of this out. Unreal.
Dude's just won the internet, this is incredible.
I just watched you do it, and I still can't believe its real lol. This is some seriously next level talent.
Absolutely incredible. I still can't do a crane or the swan or any of the ones that I wanted to... And no cutting or tearing unbelievable.
I wonder what it would look like if it was painted than unfolded. Though it would be a travesty to do that. Well done and kudos to your patience.
This man deserves more than 6k subs he spends 100 hours on folding origami
Without a doubt this is the most skilful thing that I have ever seen.
Astonishing. I don’t even have words to explain how amazed I am. Superb
Found OC's post in Reddit and came to the orig YT channel and I can't believe this vid is not as popular as the Reddit post!
May the YT algorithm be with you OP. Hopefully this video also blows up as your post
This was really nice to see, definitely gonna show my brother.
I have to speed up the time lapse in order to finish watching. Can't even imagine the whole process!
I don’t even know what to say. I’m just utterly blown away.
Невообразимая работа, я просто в восторге! (чудом заменил мат, который правдоподобнее отражает мои чувства)
Amazing!
This origami is the best knight I ever seen!
Really great and unbelievable result! And absolutely not clear how it possible!
This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen
WOW.... JUST WOW THAT'S AMAZING
The extreme level of box pleating !!
this is insane! props dude
This is out of the limits of my imagination.
This is simply amazing!!!
Beyond god tier 😮 amazing job!
how has this not gone viral yet
He has achieved more with a single sheet of paper than I ever did in highschool with a thousand.
Holy shit! I don't understand how you made this? How did you plan it? What was the process in making it? The final product looks as if it was 3-D printed. That's how cool and real it looks. Bravo
Literally everyone
Exactly. Shit's so impressive
@@xRakanishu Minus 1... The Chosen One.
(I typed that in Laurence Fishbourne's Morpheus voice)
You can find books by robert lang on how origami can be designed. Very shortly: you can divide a model in a series of flaps+a central body (example with a human: central body with five flaps, one short, two medium and two long ones). Each flap, when "eploded" on the sheet of paper, can be contained in a circle (there are theorems about this stuff). Thus, one you know the number and size of the flaps is just a matter of packing the circles in a large enough sheet (and then folding it, and then do all the details)!
@@sderelli3 that explanation is like saying quantum physics is pretty simple because it deals with matter and energy and their fundamental properties.

Simply insane.
Tiny figure being smushed against the table: our battle will be legendary!
I don't understand how you can do this. So cool!
I can't even draw stuff this detailed what the hell this is amazing
I came from reddit and just wanted to comment how genius you are, this was beautiful to my eyes
the medieval music ties the theme together so good too
I saw it, I know this guy is amazing but somehow my brain can't believe this kind of talent is real.
I'm flabbergasted.. That is truly incredable
This is what youtube is made for. Great work man!
Now this is what I call art
origami
That’s insane!
Congrats to the people who actually tried this!
I didn’t know you are finnish too! Torilla tavataan! On muute tosi hienoja nää sun työt. Jatka samaa malliin!

Plastic surgeons are paid at least 250$ an hour and a salary of 500,000 a year . A professionnal paper surgeon working 109 hours, plus two years and a half of conception is 1.5 million for the conception plus 250$ x 109 hours. Equals a starting bid of 1.527.250$ US. Make ten of these my friends, start the bids. What you do is astonishing.
Masterpiece 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It's very impressive and beautiful ! Congratulations 🔥
Wow the detail is amazing😮
потрясающе!))
AMAZING! And beautiful
This is very impressive, amazing
Magnificent!
I would love to see an old Japanese Origami Master's reaction to seeing this...
I could quite happily sit and watch a real time version of the making of this sculpture.I cannot even imagine the hours of study, practice and focus you must have put in even to get to the stage where you could successfully attempt this. Far far beyond extraordinary. Human ingenuity!
I do not think you would want to watch 109 hours of this
@@laxly442 Well not all in one sitting. Perhaps as eleven seasons, each as twenty half hour episodes. It would be interesting to see the folding progress at normal speed.
I'd prefer it without a music soundtrack so I could hear the sound of paper folding.
OK, yeah, this should be in a museum or something
Who the fuck is this guy with only 4k subs? Can't wait to see this blow up. Subbed
