Yes and till this day still no Dark Winter because I refuse to play PvP and Named Item RNG is not rlly good to me😆

The Grudge is a great alternate SMG. Works well on crit-starved gearset builds.

You can run Lincoln memorial and spawn camp with literally any build. For a run and gun build to work, you need to showcase it in real world application scenarios where the AI runs miles away or surrounds you
You only saw Lincoln memorial out of all the clips that is in the video?
As someone who runs this build all the time, my view is that if you can run, it will gun. The only real weaknesses are against the LMG mobs or the BT or Hyena chungas, who can beam you pretty hard if they are a bit further out. Much of that can be mitigated by using the shield, which I don’t do.
But for the most part, this build will let you bestride the solo pve content like a colossus. It’s rock solid in most group activities up to heroic, but it sorta falls apart in legendary (for obvious reasons.) I’ve even used it on various fights in the raids for grins and it’s still great. Prior to the re-emergence of intimidate, I used a memento/obliterate build with a dark winter and that’s also still a very solid build. At full stack, I’d say memento makes you a bit more tangy, but intimidate gives you more damage.
Lastly, if anyone is wondering how the perfect variants work here - I’ve tried both the hunter-killer and liquid engineer in this setup (both with three red cores with CHC/CHD) and I find neither is really worth it. One suggestion worth trying is a pallisade steelworks backpack with bloodsucker (my current setup uses one.) the extra 10% armor on kill really is nice. You are basically a regen machine with this build.

For hunters fury if you dont have Ouroboros i highly recommend trying ot "The Grudge" with the disorient passive from hunters fury you will always have "Perfect Vindictive" up and its easier to farm for vs. dark winter.

anyone have any luck getting the oversized 45acp mag for 45acp vector? completed all lvl4 cps multiple times with no luck, any other ways of getting the blueprint to drop?

What’s your view on replacing some of the hunters core to armor , does it undermine the effectiveness ??
It will be Less dmg yes but when adding 2 Armor Core I would say go for Memento because then Memento becomes way to powerful and Valuable :)

If you don't have a oreo I would *HIGHLY* recommend The Grudge (named CMM Banshee with perfect Vindictive) instead.
Works great on crit starved HF builds with momento (which I'd recommend with at least 3 blues, don't run memento all red for intimidate builds), and the HF disorient triggers Vindictive. I like banshee pulse too, but you don't have to run gunner.
Yep Grudge is great it's already a 900 RPM weapon with pretty good Base Damage. I think people overlook it often. The talent perfect vindictive also works for the entire group and gives everyone crit chance and damage.

You can target farm anywhere for this gear. It's literally the easiest thing to do. Just run summit or the other one.
Would running the hunter killer cheat piece also be viable on this build or is it better to run sokolov chest piece?
Both can be used but a sokolov chest is easy to get.😊

The Chatterbox is a pretty good alternative for the Ouroboros. I haven't been able to get my hands on a sokolov backpack with bloodsucker, but with memento buffs + intimidate + the weapon's talent itself i get 800k+ crits on headshots with similar rpm.
Its better to use dark winter
@@TheMETALICA40 ive tested chatterbox, dark winter and lady death and overall lady death hits harder than all of them and gives speed on kill

Hey there. I just reconfigured my Capacitor to have DTTOC. I want to optimize it now, but it will not allow me to optimize it. I have all the materials. It says "Item attributes need to be extracted". I have screen shots avail. What do I need to do to optimize it? Thanks. Lovin the videos
Oh it means you don't have enough DTTOC extracted in your recalibration library than you already have in your Capacitor to apply further increase to that stat. Check if your recalibration library has maxed out DTTOC on it or not. If not you need to first get a weapon with maxed out DTTOC and then extract it in your library. You are in luck cause Cassie Mendoza is selling a SMG with maxed out DTTOC(but she will be available after 10hrs from now). You can check my weekly vendor reset to see if any other weapon has max DTTOC on it so you can apply it.
@@AnYTimeGaming Aren't Capacitor is kinda bugged when u don't have the 2nd attribute maxed out? Since AR don't come with Damage to Armor 2nd stat meaning there's no single weapon can be extracted for maxing that stat?

@@kkelly2828 Hmm.. Strange thing is this new Tinkering thing is weird and buggy. For e.g. if you don't have enough materials for recalibration it will not tell you what you need. It tells you during Optimization but not during recalibration which I find it very annoying. I need to check it out try to see if I can re create your problem into my capacitor.
@@kkelly2828 if it's the DtA, see the comment above- since there is no 12%DtA for a secondary atrribute on an AR, you can't optimize it, so you have to roll one with max DtA and Dttoc or wait for a fix.

Dark Winter or any of the Vector SMGs if you want the RPM to be high. Otherwise SIG MPX is a great choice.

why am i not getting blue armour stacks?
Do you have anything that gives you bonus armor like memento backpack or any high end backpack with talents that gives you bonus armor for e.g. bloodsucker, adrenaline rush etc.? If you are using Momento and your armor is very low you will get a tiny bit of bonus armor. Momento Backpack works best with 1.3 mil/1.5 mil armor and above.

HF is easy to use, but is very kill or be killed, and it also excels in CQB. I prefer memento just because you are necessarily close but bloodsucker with short TTK is a good choice as well, especially heavy red. Memento with 3 blue cores you will stack trophies and intimidate uptime is great too- not to mention the stronger shield and bit of armor regen also working behind the scenes. The short and long term buffs together are very, very strong.
All that said, an all blue striker build with an intimidate chest and memento is totally bonkers with the oreo (even normal tac vector is stupid this way- measured is a good pick for this application). So much amp damage, so much bonus armor.
I kinda wish the HF amp damage range was the same range as intimidate. Adrenaline Rush should also be the same range (prefer 15y for all of them as the synergy is obvious and they all came out at the same time and got nerfed at the same time back in TU15). Someting else for the devs to get on- see the mark or adrenaline rush proc... and you are gtg.
In regards to The Grudge, how do you use it in tandem with something like a Hunters Fury build? I typically have zero issues getting 58-60% CHC on most of, if not, all of my builds. How would you make the most out of The Grudge? Thanks in advance!
@@EightballHimself 18% crit (and CHD) is added from the buff (for the team too). So I aim for 42% base CHC.
Basically you don't take a crit brandset, have CHD on all your secondary rolls and gear mods, and then choose CHD on the weapon mods.
If you kill something under status, it has such a long duration it's easy to get a high uptime on the buff after the first kill.

Wait the bosses for the ouroboros are farmable?
Yes they are with a 1% drop chance. You get 10% chance from the box at the end but that is once per character every week but the bosses can drop the Exotic in every encounter with a 1% drop chance :)
Don't forget to get the SMG from Cassie Mendoza if you don't have any of weapons mentioned in the video.

Nope. Everyone's RNG is different. Already 2 person here commented that they have got Ouroboros before dark winter and one guy got both in same fight. So again it's RNG. Depends on what you doing if you focus on getting Ouroboros then obviously you will get it first.
If you're solo and and running HF Just use the chatter box and be careful when your reload to maximize your ROF. It blows that Jupiterorious out of the water. Also you never have to reload after you time that RPM. I feel like this Boringorous is just keeping YT clickbait farm alive

Hmm, get it from Incursion, well, that's a lie. You have to have 3 friends lying around to run it with you, so NO, it CAN'T be gotten from there for most players. Quit fibbing. Console MM sucks as it's full of toxics/elitists, don't have 3 friends, and won't join some "toxic/elitist" clan.....
Instead of complaining why not put that effort into joining one of the content creator's discord who actually do carries to things like this? Myb who knows you will end up making the friends you so desire :)
