I’ve been feeling pretty low and down recently and struggled just to want to be alive. One of the few things I have looked forward to is your videos and they’ve kept me going. I will be back out on the water in the next year max and have so lovingly enjoyed seeing you realise your dreams and it gives me hope I will too. Moreover, your personalities and characters make you so likeable. Seeing your happiness today and positivity brought a tear to my eye and I can’t wait for the next instalment. Thank you guys. X

I live Offgrid in the Arizona desert and out where we are I do a lot of bartering with neighbors. At times I very much like a good barter vs cash. Great to watch this happening in other countries. The freedom it provides is terrific! Soon I’ll be sailing also. Spring I hope. My boat has to wait in Michigan 1 more winter and we are off.

My father always told me that the adventure is ALWAYS in the journey. The destination is just the cherry on top. Looking back you might have some great memories of the places you’ve been, but there is no argument that the best memories will be of the journey. Good or bad experiences, when looking back they will all be good memories. Even better when you have someone to share them with. Just don’t blink because before you know it, they will be gone.

Pamplemousses is grapefruit and the red ones are the best. It is sweet and a little tart at the same time. Here we cut ir in half, cut the edge around the peal and using a spoon pull the sections out to eat.

That fruit is called Soursop! Or guanabana. It has many benefits including medicinal. It was suggested to me by the locals when I got sick in Costa Rica. You peel it in a way then squeeze the pulp to create a juice then add a small amount of sugar. I had noticed restaurants offered it as a common beverage in Costa Rica 👍👍Enjoying your videos! ❤
