The ocean is so beautiful and hypnotic its terrifying...
At normal speed it sounds melancholy/nostalgic. Starting over at 1.25 speed it makes the chord progression in the refrain sound inspiring almost. Funny how a tempo change evokes a different mood.

I recently had a falling out with my best friend, someone I thought would be in my life forever. We don't talk. The pleading of "can we keep a dialogue" just kills me.

NatureShorts Sometimes you just have to let go. It'll hurt like hell but you'll get better. The same thing happened to me. I confronted them and they told me they loved me and I fell back into the same routine of waiting for a text. But after a while I got tired of waiting and hurting and I stopped talking to them. Not once did I get a message. 18 months later they texted me saying that they were going through so much. Every friendship is different. I'm just saying that some people are not worth the pain. At the end if they really care about you they will make an effort to speak to you. Take care.

+Marise Marrs I love CHVRCHES and saw them when The Range opened for them over a year ago, and then saw them again when Mansionair opened, and the Mansionair show had such a better vibe and was one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

I remember finding this in 2016. I was on a Qantas flight from SIN -MEL and had a wild boar snoring next to me. Popped in the headphones into the armrest and was taken away.
I remember frantically trying to find the song as soon as I touched back down in Melbourne - great memories.

about a year ago today, I went to Sydney to see a London Grammar concert and watched Mansionair for the first time! They were a showcasing band, travelling with LG and this is the song that stood out the most for me.
