I used to watch this video as a kid before my bedtime. I’d get snuggled up close to my mother, and we’d watch it together, and I knew everything was alright.
I’m older now, and this is the first time i’ve listened to it again after 7 years.
It gives me some strength, it’s better now, i’ll feel better now.

I think the bottom half is a detachable skirt. Only other explanation would be that the dress ends at the bottom and blends into a tarp underneath her.
It's part illusion you can see where the dress ends and the light affect begins if u look close

+Sarah Gale There is no point in getting the dress, but u can dream. the light is portrayed from underneath the dress so it isn't together, if it was above, it would show on the rest of her dress and her body and hair. but it flows so natural and fades naturally with the dress, the dress would be white and some type of fabric to be seen through easily. only way wearing it is like a wearing dress and making sure you don't step on it ;)
