I'm very confused with this shot i'm trying to track..... its because its a tripod lockoff and i guess i only need to track the object? It's a coffee cup being grabbed and i want to try to do a liquid simulation in the cup. Im getting stuck because no tutorial seems to show me what to do in the case of a total lock off shot and object tracking is the entire goal.
Fair point. I haven't seen this shown as well I think. Don't think I've even done it. Well. At least not with that being the goal. I've streamed lock offs before. Not sure which. I'm bogged down with life stuff these days. This might be a quick easy tutorial I could do. We'll see if I can do something on that. You just align a camera however you feel, and turn off its solving. And just track/solve an object. But finding depth and distortion can be slightly different in technique. But it's mostly the same. I'll see if I can do something with this.
Man, I can't thank you enough. A great tutorial once again.
