the prep, the cooking and the cleaning you do every day feel like a whole day of work to me who hates cooking with a passion I have lived the last 10 or so years eating the same food every day, chili turkey protein pasta and chicken caesar salads, I guess I dont have taste buds to not feel like Im missing much :D
Food looks amazing! I make a cauliflower hashbrown that isn't too bad, sometimes add a small amount of cheese. I've caught out a lot of my carbs, calories, and sugar. I use raw honey if I need a sweetener. I do make keto waffles/pancakes on Sundays, and real maple syrup. Intermittent fast days. Had to make changes due to health reasons. Great cooking skills Trav! Making my own wheat bread, that way I can control sugar content. Stay healthy!
Nice video. Glad you are taking your eating seriously. Some players don't maximize their physical fitness capabilities by not eating right. Some don't know how to cook and just eat whatever, like guys coming up in juniors or college level.

For the protein ice cream a better recipe is about 2 cups frozen fruit 1 cup ice a scoop of protein powder, about a cup of water or milk and 1 tsp xanthem gum. This will fill up a ninja blender for less then 300 calories.
If you are going to a morning skate do you eat before hand? I find that if I wake up and just go I feel more sluggish than usual on the ice. Any remedies for that?
All depends what time in the morning. I don't mind skating on an empty stomach but depends how close to the afternoon we are getting. Honestly I'd recommend the Beyond yourself Amino IQ.
