I agree with you fully Ash. Living in the moment is great and all but I never experienced more pleasure in life than accomplishing long challenging tasks.

I think living in the MOMENT includes living responsibly and being aware of consequences. It means not living in a stew of fretting and worrying. The Buddhists believe in living moderately, as do most of the rest of the religions. The Buddhists are the folks who focus on living in the NOW. As they say, the past is over and cannot be changed, and the future has not yet happened and is unknowable. This is to urge you to eschew worry and to live your life, responsibly, moderately, and with joy.
